Abstract(s)
Com o presente estudo pretende-se compreender e avaliar qual a perceção que os técnicos que estão inseridos nas equipas técnicas do centros educativos têm do impacto da sua intervenção com o menor institucionalizado assim como, se estes consideram importante a existência de um técnico superior de educação social nas equipas técnicas. Para tal foi efetuada uma exaustiva revisão da literatura sobre a delinquência juvenil, com o objetivo de discutir e aferir os seus conceitos e etiologia, abordando tanto os fatores de risco como os de proteção aos quais os adolescentes, que desenvolvem um comportamento marcado por infrações, estão expostos. Também é alvo de análise o enquadramento legal que protege as crianças e jovens em risco, assim como a lei que regula os centros educativos. São analisadas, ainda, as medidas de internamento em centro educativos e a consequente saída da instituição. Para avaliar a perceção dos técnicos foi elaborado um instrumento de recolha de dados, um guião de entrevista semiestruturada, para ser aplicado junto de 12 sujeitos, especificamente aos diretores e técnicos de reinserção social inseridos nas equipas técnicas dos centros educativos da zona centro do país. Este instrumento permitirá compreender a perceção que os técnicos têm relativamente do seu impacto na intervenção do menor. Foi ainda construída uma proposta de PAC sujeita a alterações de acordo com os resultados do estudo.
With the present study seeks to understand and assess what the perception that the technicians who are inserted in the technical teams of the educational centers have the impact of their intervention with the less institutionalized as well as, if they consider it is important to existence a higher technical education social in the technical teams. For this was made an exhaustive review of the literature on juvenile delinquency, with the aim of discussing and assess its concepts and etiology, addressing both the risk factors and protective factors to which the adolescents, who develop a behavior marked by infractions, are exposed. It is also being analyzed the legal framework that protects children and youth at risk, as well as the law that regulates the educational centers. They are also analyzed, the measures of internment in educational center and the resulting output of the institution. To evaluate the perceiving of technicians was developed an instrument for collecting data, a semi-structured interview guide to be used with 12 subjects, specifically to directors and technicians of social reintegration inserted in technical teams of educational centers in the center zone of the country. This instrument will understand the perceiving that technicians have in relation to their impact on the less intervention. It was also built a proposal to PAC subject to changes in accordance with the results of the study.
