Abstract(s)
Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e pretende evidenciar o percurso efetuado ao longo
das práticas de ensino supervisionadas, bem como o projeto de investigação na área
da Matemática que ocorreu na Educação Pré-Escolar.
O relatório divide-se em duas partes: na primeira são analisadas as aprendizagens
adquiridas com o estágio realizado no âmbito da Educação Pré-escolar e Ensino do 1º
Ciclo do Ensino Básico; na segunda parte é apresentado o projeto de investigação.
O projeto pretende compreender o trabalho com padrões rítmicos de quatro
crianças caso da Educação Pré-Escolar de um jardim-de-infância do distrito de Viseu,
no âmbito do qual se focam os processos de identificação, comunicação e
representação de ideias. Trata-se de um estudo de natureza qualitativa que adotou
como instrumentos metodológicos a observação direta das crianças no decorrer das
sessões e a análise documental do material construído pelas crianças.
Os resultados da investigação mostram que essas crianças identificam,
comunicam e representam ideias sobre padrões rítmicos utilizando múltiplas
estratégias, de acordo com a faixa etária a que pertencem. Mostra também que as
crianças identificam e representam corretamente o padrão rítmico e a unidade repetição
desse padrão, quando aplicável. A linguagem utilizada para exprimir as ideias é simples
e adaptada à idade, utilizando por vezes alguma terminologia matemática.
ABSTRACT This report was elaborated for the master degree in Pre and elementary school education and intends to show the course that was made throughout the year in the teaching practice unit, as well as the research project in the area of mathematics in preschool education. The report is divided in two parts: on the first are analyze the learning made in the courses of teaching practice unit II and III: on the second is presented the research. The project t aims to understand the learning processes of four children case of pre-school education when they are placed with rhythmic patterns, focusing the identification, communication and representation processes of those rhythmical patterns. The study has a qualitative nature doing the data collection. Through direct observation of the students in several sessions and documental analyses of the children. The results show that pre-school children were able to identify, represent and communicate ideas about the rhythmic patterns through the use of multiple strategies according to their age group. It also clear that pre-school children identify and represent the rhythmic pattern and the repetition unity of that pattern when applicable using simple terms, with some mathematical terminology, too express their ideas about the rhythmical patterns as well as too describe and characterize them.
