Com a revolução tecnológica instalada no nosso quotidiano e o consequente
aumento do consumo de dados digitais que permitem a prestação de serviços, surgiu a
necessidade de igual crescente acompanhamento das plataformas digitais. Com a
exigência da adaptação da camada empresarial a este período, o investimento na área do
marketing digital é notado como crucial, sendo os principais consumidores mais
informados e atentos, tornando assim o mercado cada vez mais exigente e complexo.
Neste relatório serão abordados temas do marketing digital considerados
relevantes, cruzando vertentes como a integração de palavras-chave no perfil da
organização, incorporação do Google Ads para aumentar as visualizações do website,
realização de publicações sobre os produtos e serviços disponíveis, assim como a
utilização do e-mail marketing com o objetivo de aumentar o engagement da
PICadvanced – organização empresarial B2B no sector de telecomunicações onde foi
realizado este estágio – com a comunidade envolvente.
Através deste estudo e das implementações práticas executadas durante o período
de estágio, tornou-se evidente a importância do marketing digital nas organizações, bem
como foram demonstradas as vantagens que o investimento nesta área pode beneficiar as
mesmas economicamente e financeiramente – no que se refere a conversões em vendas,
como na notoriedade da própria marca – através do reconhecimento da comunidade
regional e nacional.
ABSTRACT: With the technological revolution installed in our daily lives and the consequent increase in the consumption of digital data that allows the provision of services, the need for an equal and increasing monitoring of digital platforms has arisen. With the requirement of the adaptation of the business layer to this period, the investment in the digital marketing area is noted as crucial, being the main consumers more informed and attentive, thus making the market increasingly demanding and complex. In this report, digital marketing topics considered relevant will be addressed, such as the integration of keywords in the organization’s profile, the incorporation of Google Ads to increase website views, the development of publications about products and services available, as well as the use of e-mail marketing to increase the engagement of PICadvanced - B2B business organization in the telecommunications sector where this internship was conducted - with the community. Through this study and the practical implementations carried out during the internship period, it became evident the importance of digital marketing in organizations, as well as the advantages that investment in this area can benefit them economically and financially – regarding conversions in sales, as in the awareness of the brand itself - through the recognition of the regional and national community.
