| dc.description.abstract | A intervenção precoce centra-se na criança e na sua família e a satisfação destas é diretamente dependente do seu envolvimento nos programas de intervenção precoce e da qualidade destes serviços. Neste sentido, este estudo tem como objetivo apurar o nível de satisfação das famílias de crianças com Necessidades Educativas Especiais face aos serviços da equipa de Intervenção Precoce, bem como compreender também a importância deste apoio no seu bem-estar subjetivo, explorando ainda neste âmbito a relevância de variáveis sociodemográficas e familiares, assim como relativas ao serviço prestado. Com este intuito, recorreu-se a uma amostra por conveniência de 32 famílias e a três instrumentos: a Escala Europeia de Satisfação das Famílias em Intervenção Precoce (ESFIP), a Escala de Afetividade Positiva e Negativa (PANAS) e também a Escala de Satisfação com a Vida (SWLS). Os resultados obtidos neste estudo apontam, de modo geral, para uma elevada satisfação das famílias quanto aos serviços de intervenção precoce e níveis de bem-estar subjetivo também elevados. Algumas variáveis familiares e relativas ao serviço revelaram-se significativas quer ao nível da satisfação, quer do bem-estar subjetivo. A avaliação da satisfação das famílias é um ótimo indicador do trabalho desenvolvido pelos serviços de Intervenção Precoce, permitindo identificar pontos fortes e aqueles que devem ser melhorados, para uma melhor e mais eficiente e eficaz intervenção. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Early intervention focuses on the child and his family and their satisfaction is directly dependent on their involvement in early intervention programs and on the quality of the service. In this sense, this study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of families with children with Special Educational Needs in relation to the services of the Early Intervention team, as well as understand the importance of this support to their subjective well-being. To this end, a convenience sample of 32 families and three instruments were used: the European Scale for Satisfaction of Families in Early Intervention (ESFIP), the Positive and Negative Affectivity Scale (PANAS) and the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS). The results obtained in this study indicate, in general, a high satisfaction of the families regarding the services of early intervention and well-being levels above the average. Some familiar and service variables were significant either in satisfaction with early intervention and regarding subjective well-being. In this way, the evaluation of family satisfaction is a good indicator of the work carried out by the Early Intervention services, allowing the identification of strengths and those dimensions that must be improved, for a better and more efficient and effective intervention. | pt_PT |
