| dc.description.abstract | Resumo Os cuidados ao coto umbilical foram, ao longo dos anos, considerados fulcrais e foram sofrendo mudanças consideráveis, muito ao sabor dos tempos ou experiências do prestador de cuidados. Na prática, o que se verificou foi uma diversidade de atuações nos cuidados ao coto umbilical. Perante esta problemática, com este artigo pretendeu-se identificar recomendações efetivas, baseadas na evidência científica, de boas práticas nos cuidados de promoção da queda e na prevenção da infeção do coto umbilical do recém-nascido (RN). | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstrat Care of the umbilical stump were considered, over the years, pivotal, but were suffering considerable changes, much to the flavor of the times or experiences of the care provider. In practice, what we found was a variety of performances in the care of the umbilical stump. Faced with this problem, in this article we intended to identify effective recommendations, based on scientific evidence of good practice in promoting care of the fall and prevent infection of the umbilical stump of the newborn. | por |
