- The intervention of the judicial power before the state omission in the guarantee of the right to healthPublication . Vanessa Castro; Subcoordenadora de Educação Permanente em Saúde da Regional de Saúde Pireneus do Estado de Goiás, Brasil; Márcia Beatriz Santos; Faculdade Fibra, Anápolis, BrasilIntroduction: This article highlights the Intervention of the Judiciary Power in the face of state omission in guaranteeing the right to health: the judicialization of health, is the theme of this article, resulting from critical dialectical explanatory research applied in Brazilian public health. Objectives: To evaluate the importance and effectiveness of urgent protection in guaranteeing the right to health; To identify the causes that lead to state omission in guaranteeing the right to health; Critically analyzing the judicialization of health; Demystifying the role of the Judiciary in the face of the inertia of federated entities; To relate material theory with practice, in order to present this dichotomy and overcome it. Methods: This is a bibliographic, inductive - deductive research, in order to demonstrate the requirements for granting provisional guardianship, its importance in the health policy scenario, in addition to critically analyzing the judicialization of health in the State of Goiás. Results: Judicialization is still a problem that needs to be reviewed, among the three branches of government, since adverse attitudes towards drug concessions are being unconstitutional, since the Constitution itself provides the powers of each power in the letter of the law, and In this context, what we are experiencing over the years is exactly a reversal of roles, since the responsibility for executing the service and the medication lies with the executive, and the judiciary often fails to exercise its role to play the role of executive power. Conclusion: The right to life, health and the dignity of the human person are closely linked, since in the absence of one, there is no possibility of exercising the others. In this context and to conclude this analysis, according to the sources of the law, it is necessary to define precisely what has more strength in the legal system: principles, laws, jurisprudence, customs.

Most studies define that it is important to involve the family (caregivers) after the diagnosis of heart disease to guarantee the treatment's success, and CR is no different. Not being an implicit objective of secondary prevention of CR, some of the interventions included in CR can positively impact caregivers. Therefore, it is essential to understand which interventions can be used to promote the role of caregiver and their health. Objective: Map which interventions have been implemented that support caregivers of patients with the cardiac disease taking part in a cardiac rehabilitation program, in their role and health. Methods: Scoping Review guided by the methodology proposed by the Joanna Briggs Institute for conducting Scoping Reviews. Two independent reviewers will evaluate the relevance of the articles, the extraction and synthesis of the data. Studies written in English, Spanish and Portuguese, published after 1950, will be considered for inclusion in this review, researched in the following bibliographic sources: CINAHL Complete (Via EBSCO); PubMed; Scopus; SciELO; Cochrane Library; Pedro; DART-Europe; OpenGrey and RCAAP . Results: With this scoping review, it's proposed to include several studies that unequivocally demonstrate the existence of interventions with a positive and facilitating impact on health and the role of caregivers of people with heart disease in CR programs. Conclusion: This systematic review protocol provides mapping interventions to the caregiver of people with heart disease, demonstrating the added value of being integrated into CR programs.
- A systematic review of cardiovascular risk management interventions among community-dwelling people with chronic diseasePublication . Helga Rafael Henriques; Centro de Investigação, Inovação e Desenvolvimento em Enfermagem de Lisboa (CIDNUR). Escola Superior de Enfermagem de Lisboa. Lisboa. Portugal.; Joana Pinto; Centro Hospitalar Universitário de Lisboa Central, Serviço de Cardiologia, Lisboa, Portugal; José Faria; Centro Hospitalar Universitário de Lisboa Central, Serviço de Cardiologia, Lisboa, Portugal; Augusto; Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Norte, Lisboa, PortugalIntroduction: Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) represent the main cause of mortality in the world. Arterial hypertension, obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia, sedentary lifestyle and smoking are risk factors for CVD and the main chronic diseases. The evidence on the effectiveness of interventions to promote cardiovascular risk management in chronic disease is still laconic. Objective: To identify the components of cardiovascular risk management programs for people with chronic illness in the community, as well as the behavioral change techniques used. Methods: A systematic literature review was carried out in November 2020, following the recommendations of PRISMA. We used the MEDLINE, CINAHL, SCOPUS, Web of Science, Cochrane, Academic Search Complete and Mediclatina databases. The bibliographic sample consisted of 21 articles, involving 26040 people with chronic disease. Results: The intervention programs are heterogeneous, concerning their components, knowledge disciplines involved, duration and strategies used. The most frequently used behavioral change techniques are advice and negotiation. Conclusion: We can conclude that educational interventions are a consensual approach to the management of CVD risk in people with chronic diseases. The heterogeneity of the interventions doesn’t allow us to determine the program's effectiveness. Further research is needed to make the results more consistent.

- Promotion of autonomy and self-regulation in higher education studentsPublication . Cristina Maria Pereira; Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco, Castelo Branco, Portugal; Ana María Piquer-Píriz; Universidad de Extremadura, Spain; Jana Zverinova; MIAS School of Business, CTU in Prague, Czech RepublicIntroduction: In the context of participation in an ERASMUS + project “Interdisciplinary Collaborative Approaches to Learning and Teaching - INCOLLAB”, we propose to assay its innovative character in the field of pedagogy in higher education, highlighting the dimension of integrated learning of a foreign language and a content (Content and Language Integrated Learning)- CLIL) and collaboration between higher education teachers in planning learning modules and teaching materials based on a interdisciplinary design and intervention. Objective: Asses the learning of a foreign language through the project methodology. Methods: The methodology followed was that of an action-research, supported by a community of learning and practice. This modality allowed the professors of the universities involved in the project, from the areas of foreign language and different content areas (Psychology, Economics, Management ...), to share knowledge, skills and pedagogical perspectives, projecting this experience in the design and implementation of multidisciplinary modules in learning processes. Results: As an example of the work developed, we present the module “Autonomy Support: Through collaboration towards self-regulated learning strategies” which, based on the conceptual model of Deci & Ryan (1985, 2004), aims to constitute itself as an educational resource available, on an online platform, to professionals who can adapt it to other educational context. Having been conceived and applied experimentally to students of the 1st year of graduation, in the context of the Psychology of Development course unit, it can be adapted to any training area, mobilizing skills in the English language at level B1. Conclusion: The option for the theme of the module is based on the conception that the autonomy and self-regulation skills are transversal to academic success in higher education and future professional performance.
