The research study "Nursing Interventions Implemented in the Emergency Room for Persons Victim of Acute Stroke: Scoping Review" aims to identify and map nursing interventions implemented in the Emergency Room for victims of acute stroke. Methods: A Scoping Review that followed Joanna Briggs Institute methodology and eligibility criteria based on Population, Concept, and Intended Review Context. Results: Twelve articles published between 2011 and 2021 were included, including quantitative and qualitative studies, literature reviews and scientific statements based on guidelines. Effective nursing interventions implemented for victims of acute stroke in the Emergency Service were identified and mapped. Reception, screening, activation of the stroke rapid response team, initial assessment, stabilization, monitoring, administration of intravenous treatment, follow-up and transfer, collaboration in the remote care system and implementation of interventions in the field of quality are highlighted in the studies. Discussion: The nursing team plays a prominent role in the care of the person victim of an acute stroke in the context of the Emergency Service, ensuring the recommended care and in a timely manner. Conclusion: The 12 constant and directed updating of training, implementation of protocols and research studies will be an asset for a better nursing practice in this context.
