Este ensaio discute a noção de contrato pedagógico e didático em torno dos
seguintes aspetos: i) Sentidos e significados do contrato pedagógico e didático; ii)
O contrato pedagógico e didático entre transgressões, dialogicidades e
(des)continuidades. Adotamos uma metodologia de (re)interpretação crítica,
onde cumprimos com o propósito de inserir o tema refletido dentro de um quadro
de referência teórica polimórfica. Cotejamos o pressuposto de romper com
contratos pedagógicos e didáticos de índole mais prescritiva e autoritária,
propondo, alternativamente, formas contratuais da pedagogia e do didatismo
mais reflexivos, dialogados e democraticamente participados.
This essay discusses the notion of pedagogical and didactic contract on the following aspects: i) Senses and meanings of the teaching and didactic contract; ii) The pedagogical and didactic contract between transgressions, dialog and discontinuities. We adopt a methodology for critical (new) interpretation, which fulfill the purpose of inserting the theme reflected within a polymorphic theoretical reference framework. We compare the assumption break with pedagogical and didactic contracts more prescriptive and authoritarian nature, proposing, alternatively, contractual forms of pedagogy and of didacticism more reflective, discussed and democratically participated.
