| dc.description.abstract | O fenómeno da Alienação Parental é de extrema complexidade daí, tornar-se imprescindível compreender que este é um tema transversal, que deve ser refletido com diferentes profissionais, de modo a obter respostas eficazes na prevenção e intervenção face a este tipo de situações. Com isto, o presente estudo tem como objetivos caraterizar e contextualizar este fenómeno, verificar e identificar as consequências que advêm dos casos de alienação parental, refletir sobre a legislação portuguesa comparando-a com a de outros países, analisando especificidades e identificando eventuais lacunas. Para o efeito, para além do enquadramento concetual sobre a problemática, promoveu-se uma investigação empírica assente numa abordagem metodológica qualitativa com recurso à técnica de focus group que contou com a participação de diferentes profissionais nomeadamente um advogado, um professor, um assistente social e um psicólogo. A escolha deste tipo de estudo, deve-se ao facto de permitir abordar a ação dos diferentes profissionais face a processos de alienação, refletir sobre o trabalho articulado desses profissionais, observar que tipo de atitudes se devem promover neste tipo de matérias e verificar se há ou não consenso quanto às caraterísticas e perceções daquilo que pode ser considerado alienação parental. Observou-se ao longo da realização deste estudo, que a alienação parental acontece em situações de conflito/rutura familiar e depreende-se que é uma situação bastante complexa que passa pela instrumentalização da criança por parte dos progenitores com o sentimento de se vingar do outro, o que implica inúmeras consequências para a criança ao nível emocional, cognitivo e socioafetivo. Isto exige muita mediação familiar e consciencialização da sociedade para intervenir/prevenir e tentar resolver este processo. Conclui-se assim, que ainda há muito para fazer em relação ao fenómeno de alienação parental, ao nível da prevenção e intervenção junto da sociedade, mas também em relação aos diferentes tipos de profissionais intervenientes neste tipo de situações, nomeadamente os que trabalham na área do direito onde se verifica a necessidade de melhorar a formação sobre o desenvolvimento da criança de modo a que estes estejam capazes de melhor analisar e adequar as respostas a cada caso com base nesses conhecimentos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Thus, and considering the complexity of this phenomenon, it is imperative to understand that this is a cross-cutting subject, which must be addressed with different professionals, in order to obtain effective responses in prevention and intervention in this type of situations. With this, the present study aims to characterize and contextualize this phenomenon, to verify and identify the consequences that come from cases of parental alienation, to reflect on the legislation in forced in our country comparing it to that of other countries and to analyze any discrepancies.In the operationalization of the problematic under study, a qualitative methodological approach was chosen, with a focus group which included the participation of different professionals, namely a lawyer, a teacher, a social worker and a psychologist. The choice of this type of study is due to the fact that it allows us to look at the different approaches of action each professional has in relation to the alienation processes, to reflect on the articulated work of these professionals, to observe what kind of attitudes should be promoted in this type of subjects and to verify if there are or are not any consensus on the characteristics and perceptions of what can be considered by parental alienation.It has been observed throughout the course of this study that parental alienation occurs in situations of conflict / family breakdown and it is evident that it is a rather complex situation that passes through the instrumentalization of the child by the parents with the feeling of revenge on the other this implies countless consequences for an emotional, cognitive and socio-affective child. This requires a lot of family mediation and awareness of society to intervene / prevent and try to solve this process.In Conclusion, there is still a lot to be done in relation to the phenomenon of parental alienation, in terms of prevention and intervention in society, but also in relation to the different types of professionals involved in this type of situation, There seems to be a need to educate people with the correct knowledge of that of child development at various levels, but also the fact of being human needs to be analyzed and tailored to each individual case. | pt_PT |
