Abstract(s)
O presente relatório enquadra-se no âmbito do estágio curricular do curso de Mestrado em
Engenharia de Construção e Reabilitação (ESTGV/IPV), que respeita ao tema “Zonas de risco
da orla costeira Ovar-Marinha Grande e influência no processo de licenciamento das utilizações
dos recursos hídricos do litoral”. Este relatório traduz o trabalho realizado durante sete meses
de estágio na Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente (APA). I.P./Administração da Região
Hidrográfica do Centro (ARHC).
Inicialmente, efetua-se uma introdução, onde são realizadas as apresentações relativas ao
estágio e o enquadramento da problemática. Segue-se uma apresentação da instituição de
acolhimento e uma descrição sucinta dos quatro trabalhos realizados durante esse período. É
também descrito o apoio realizado pelo estagiário à cobrança da Taxa de Recursos Hídricos
(TRH).
A área estudada em que incidiu a realização dos trabalhos coincide com o Plano de
Ordenamento da Orla Costeira Ovar-Marinha Grande (POOC-OMG), numa extensão de
140 km, abrangendo onze concelhos.
Esta faixa costeira constitui um desafio do litoral nacional em termos de gestão integrada de
recursos e atividades, e minimização de riscos sobre pessoas e bens. Nos vários trabalhos
realizados foram tratados assuntos relacionados com problemas de variações morfológicas e o
seu efeito na população local, questões relacionadas com as entidades que gerem esta zona
costeira, bem como assuntos ligados à gestão do Domínio Público Marítimo (DPM).
Em anexo a este relatório encontram-se os trabalhos que foram elaborados ao longo do estágio
curricular.
ABSTRACT: The following report is part of the curricular internship to obtain the Master’s degree in Construction and Rehabilitation Engineering (ESTGV/IPV). The main subject is “Ovar- Marinha Grande's shoreline risk areas and the influence on the licensing process of the shoreline hydric resources utilization”. This report reflects the work developed at the ‘Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente (APA). I.P.’/‘Administração da Região Hidrográfica do Centro’, during the seven month internship. Initially, an introduction of the presentation of the internship and an explanation of the problem is offered. Secondly, a description of the host institution is provided, followed by a brief explanation of the four projects developed during that period. The support provided on the charge of the water resources tax is also referred. The area of work coincides with Ovar-Marinha Grande Shoreline Zoning Plan (POOC-OMG), corresponding to 140 km length, which includes eleven municipalities. This shoreline represents a national challenge concerning the management of resources and activities and in minimizing threats to humans and goods. On the several works carried, one dealt with different subjects concerning morphological variations and their effect on population and with questions related with the various entities that manage this shoreline, including the management on Maritime Public Domain (DPM). All the works elaborated during the internship are attached to this report.
