Abstract(s)
O trabalho de estágio que deu origem ao presente relatório foi realizado num dos
grupos de referência em Portugal, o Grupo Visabeira, S.A., mais especificamente no
departamento do Gestão e Acompanhamento de Negócios (GAN) Indústria. A partir deste
departamento foi possível ter contacto diretamente com várias empresas do grupo, em
particular com duas empresas industriais, a Cerexport, cerâmica de exportação, S.A.,
pertencente ao grupo de prestígio Vista Alegre, S.A. e a MOB, indústria mobiliário, S.A..
A Indústria 4.0 é um paradigma emergente devido, entre outros, à necessidade
crescente de rastreabilidade de processos e à elevada capacidade de armazenamento
de informações que estão disponíveis em qualquer momento e lugar. Como resultado,
as empresas procuraram soluções que executam análises on time, de modo, a reduzir
custos através da otimização dos recursos e minimizar o tempo de inatividade destes,
bem como, responder tempestivamente a qualquer desvio, oferecendo assim uma
maior vantagem competitiva em relação aos seus concorrentes com base na rapidez
e capacidade de resposta, eficiência e capacidade de inovação desta.
Dessa forma, este estágio teve como principal objetivo a implementação de dois
softwares, alinhados com o paradigma de Indústria 4.0 em duas indústrias de diferentes
setores do Grupo Visabeira, a Cerexport e a MOB. O desenvolvimento deste passou
essencialmente pelo acompanhamento e prestação de auxílio às duas empresas.
Os trabalhos para o relatório de estágio iniciaram-se através de uma revisão de
literatura com suporte nas palavras-chaves escolhidas, de modo, a conhecer todo o
trabalho já existente, e do levantamento de todas as tarefas a executar, bem como, do
respetivo planeamento e recursos a serem utilizados, assim como, os riscos associados.
Seguidamente, implementou-se os softwares nas unidades. Por fim, efetuou-se uma
apresentação todos os resultados acompanhados de uma análise crítica, limitações e
lacunas sentidas, e ainda se apresentaram propostas para pesquisas futuras.
Em suma, este estágio permitiu uma valiosa aprendizagem profissional, devido à
superação de todas as adversidades, impostas tanto por este como pelo Grupo Visabeira,
S.A.. Além disto, o estágio proporcionou a aquisição de um imenso conhecimento a nível
pessoal principalmente na dimensão do relacionamento interpessoal.
ABSTRACT: The internship work that led to this report was carried out at one of Portugal's leading groups, Grupo Visabeira, S.A., more specifically in the Business Management and Monitoring (GAN) Industry department. From this department it was possible to have direct contact with several companies in the group, in particular with two industrial companies, Cerexport, ceramics export, S.A., which belongs to the prestigious Vista Alegre, S.A. group, and MOB, furniture industry, S.A.. Industry 4.0 is a very emerging paradigm due, among other things, to the growing need for process traceability and the high capacity for storing information that is available at any time and place. As a result, companies are looking for solutions that perform on-time analyses to reduce costs by optimizing resources and minimizing downtime, as well as responding in a timely manner to any deviations, thus offering a greater competitive advantage over their competitors based on their competitiveness, efficiency and capacity for innovation. The main objective of this internship was to implement two pieces of software in line with the Industry 4.0 paradigm in two industries from different sectors of Grupo Visabeira, Cerexport and MOB. The development of this project essentially involved monitoring and providing assistance to the two companies. It began with a literature review based on the chosen keywords, to get to know all the existing work, and a survey of all the tasks to be carried out, as well as the respective planning and resources to be used, as well as the associated risks. The software was then implemented in the units. Finally, all the results were presented together with a critical analysis, limitations and shortcomings, and proposals were made for future research. To summarize, this internship has provided valuable professional learning by overcoming all the adversities imposed by both the internship and the Visa-Beira, S.A. Group. It has also provided me with a wealth of personal knowledge, particularly around interpersonal relationships.
