Abstract(s)
simulação do desempenho energético.
A execução do trabalho revelou
ABSTRACT: The growing interest in the energy efficiency of buildings originates from global concerns about excessive energy consumption, resource scarcity, and the environmental impact of energy production. In already constructed buildings, the challenge of energy efficiency is often even more complex. On the other hand, thermal and energy simulation tools allow for analyzing the impact of different solutions and assessing the potential for energy savings. The concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is associated with a systematic and parameterized model of the building, allowing the information inputted into the model to directly impact the results of simulations. Therefore, it is possible to benefit from a detailed BIM model to analyze its energy efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the interoperability between Autodesk Revit and Cype software in the context of simulating energy performance simulation. The research was conducted using the Riportico company headquarters as a case study. Despite the agility in the exchange of parametric information, limitations in interoperability between Revit and CYPE occurred, requiring rework in adapting elements for energy analysis. The execution of the work revealed the functionality of BIM tools in different software, assessing the compatibility of file formats and the level of information maintained in interoperability.
