Abstract(s)
Com o decorrer dos anos, a gestão dos Recursos Humanos (RH) tem vindo a
ganhar relevância no mundo empresarial e a despertar uma maior atenção por parte dos
superiores hierárquicos. O ambiente de trabalho constitui um importante indutor da
produtividade dos trabalhadores, na medida em que deve proporcionar as melhores
condições para o exercício das suas funções. Com o recurso ao modelo KEYS pretendese avaliar o ambiente de trabalho em diferentes dimensões, proporcionando à empresa
uma visão dos seus pontos fortes e fracos. O presente relatório tem por objetivo efetuar
uma breve revisão bibliográfica em torno da problemática da gestão dos Recursos
Humanos, de avaliar diferentes ambientes de trabalho no Grupo Visabeira e aferir o modo
como estes condicionam o desempenho empresarial.
ABSTRACT: Over the years, Human Resources (HR) management has been gaining relevance in the business world and attracting greater attention on the part of hierarchical superiors. The work environment is an important driver of worker productivity, as it must provide the best conditions for the exercise of their functions. The purpose of this report is to carry out a brief bibliographic review on the issue of Human Resources management, to evaluate different work environments in the Visabeira Group and to gauge how they affect business performance.
