dc.description.abstractTítulo do trabalho: Satisfação do doente cirúrgico face aos cuidados de enfermagem na ULSNE - Unidade de Bragança. Introdução: A exigência da sociedade para com a qualidade dos serviços de saúde, evidencia importância da prestação de cuidados de enfermagem face às necessidades e expetativas do utente para obter a melhor satisfação possível. Objetivos: Percecionar a satisfação do doente cirúrgico para com os cuidados de enfermagem no serviço de cirurgia da unidade hospitalar de Bragança e identificar a influência das variáveis sociodemográficas, familiares, clínicas e de bem-estar psicológico nessa satisfação. Metodologia: Estudo quantitativo, descritivo e transversal, constituído por uma amostra não probabilística por conveniência de 167 indivíduos submetidos a intervenção cirúrgica e internamento, sendo 18,6% do género masculino e 81,4% feminino, com idades compreendidas entre 18 e 87 anos ( x =53,355 anos, s=18,867). O instrumento de pesquisa incorporou a caraterização sociodemográfica e clínica, Apgar familiar, escala de Stress, Ansiedade e Depressão e o Instrumento de Satisfação do Paciente. Resultados: Constatamos diferenças significativas na idade, no hospital de proximidade e no tipo de cirurgia. Verificou-se que os mais idosos se encontram mais satisfeitos e em sentido inverso, os doentes referenciados do hospital mais longínquo bem como os submetidos a cirurgia de urgência. Destacam-se os níveis de maior satisfação na área técnico profissional e confiança. Conclusão: O estudo permite concluir que os doentes cirúrgicos estão satisfeitos com os cuidados de enfermagem. Destacam-se como determinantes, a idade, o hospital de proximidade e o tipo de cirurgia, sendo concordantes com outros realizados na mesma área. dc.description.abstractABSTRACT Title Work: Satisfaction of the surgical patient facing the nursing care in ULSNE, Bragança Unit. Introduction: Taking into account the present day ambition of society to the health quality services, it is absolutely important the nursing care services that correspond to the needs and expectations of the patient, to achieve the best possible satisfaction. Objetives: Determinate the level of satisfaction of the surgical patient to the nursing cares on the surgery service of the hospital unit of Bragança. Identify the influence of the social demography, familiar, clinical and of well-being of the patient. Methodology: We’ve done a quantitative, descriptive, exploratory and transversal study type with a non probabilistic sample by convenience of 167 individuals submitted to a surgery intervention and internament, being 18,6% of the masculine gender and 81,4% feminine. The inquiry incorporated social demographic caracterization, clinic, familiar Apgar scale, stress scale, anxiety, depression and the patient instrument of satisfaction. Results : Were found significant differences in age, hospital proximity and type of surgery. Was verified that the eldery are more satisfied and in reverse, the patients referred the farthest hospital and those undergoing emergency surgery. Stand up for higher satisfaction levels in the area professional technical and trust. Conclusion: The study indicates that surgical patients are satisfied with nursing care. They stand out as determinants, age, hospital proximity and the type of surgery and being in agreement with other studies carried out in the same area.
