No âmbito da realização Unidade Curricular: Opção 8 – Estágio com Relatório Final em contexto de urgência/cuidados intensivos do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na Área da Pessoa em Situação Crítica, da Escola Superior de Saúde de Viseu do Instituto Politécnico de Viseu, foi redigido o presente relatório que tem como objetivo apresentar na sua primeira parte a componente prática com recurso ao método reflexivo e numa segunda parte a componente de investigação através de uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura.
Os estágios foram realizados na Unidade Local de Saúde (ULS) de Coimbra, nos serviços de Urgência e Medicina Intensiva com o objetivo de adquirir conhecimentos e competências, predominantemente da área médica e cirúrgica sobre intervenções de enfermagem face à pessoa com diversas patologias em situação de transição, a ser desenvolvido em contexto de trabalho nas unidades de saúde onde se desenvolvam práticas de enfermagem especializadas em respostas adequadas à pessoa em situação crítica.
A revisão sistemática da literatura procurou evidenciar a efetividade do controlo da dor em doentes submetidos ao transplante de células hematopoiéticas, destacando quais as intervenções que visam melhorar a qualidade de vida destes doentes.
Do ponto de vista profissional, este percurso académico, proporcionou um primeiro contacto real com a área da pessoa em situação crítica em cuidados intensivos e urgência, revelando-se um momento-chave para a definição da minha identidade enquanto profissional como futura Enfermeira Especialista.

Abstract As part of the course unit: Option 8 – Internship with Final Report in the context of emergency/intensive care of the Master's Degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the Area of Critical Care, at the Viseu School of Health of the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, this report was written with the aim of presenting, in its first part, the practical component using the reflective method and, in its second part, the research component through a Systematic Literature Review. The internships were carried out at the Local Health Unit of Coimbra, in the Emergency and Intensive Care departments, with the aim of acquiring knowledge and skills, predominantly in the medical and surgical field, on nursing interventions for people with various pathologies in transition, to be developed in the work context in health units where specialised nursing practices are developed in appropriate responses to people in critical situations. The systematic review of the literature sought to highlight the effectiveness of pain control in patients undergoing haematopoietic cell transplantation, highlighting interventions aimed to improve the quality of life of these patients. From a professional point of view, this academic path provided me with my first real contact with the area of critical care in intensive care and emergency situations, proving to be a key moment in defining my identity as a future specialist nurse.
