Abstract(s)
O presente projeto de investigação intitulado Mediação Familiar – A Perspetiva dos
Mediadores Familiares tem como objetivo apresentar uma proposta de investigação,
que tem como questão orientadora conhecer a perspetiva dos técnicos mediadores
familiares relativamente ao processo e aos obstáculos que se colocam à mediação
familiar. O projeto encontra-se dividido em dois capítulos, o primeiro diz respeito ao
enquadramento teórico e visa apresentar os conceitos de família, divórcio e de
mediação familiar, identificando características essenciais do processo,
nomeadamente os princípios, os diferentes modelos e etapas, bem como as
características/funções do mediador familiar. O segundo capítulo foca o projeto de
investigação e apresenta a metodologia utilizada para a realização do mesmo e a
previsão de resultados com base na aplicação do pré teste do questionário. Assim,
prevê-se maior diversidade de opinião relativamente ao processo de mediação familiar
e maior convergência no que diz respeito aos obstáculos.
The project here presented entitled Family Mediation – The perspective of Family Mediators, aims presenting an investigation proposal, which intends to get to know the perspective of family mediators towards the process and obstacles of family mediation. This work is divided in two chapters. The first chapter concerns the theoretical background and presents the concepts of family, divorce and family mediation, identifying essential characteristics of the process, namely principles, different models and stages, as well as the characteristics/role of the family mediator. The second chapter focuses on the investigation project, presenting the methodology used for its execution and the results’ prevision based on the application of the pre-test of the survey. Therefore, a different opinion regarding the family mediation process is expected from the family mediators, whereas their opinion on the obstacles is expected to be consensual.
