Abstract(s)
O presente relatório tem como objetivo destacar as atividades realizadas ao longo dos seis meses
de Estágio Curricular, na Viseu Marca - Associação de Cultura, Eventos e Promoção,
enquadrado no 2º Ano do Mestrado em Marketing da Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão
do Instituto Politécnico de Viseu.
Sendo a Viseu Marca a associação de marketing territorial e de branding de Viseu, o relatório
inclui um enquadramento teórico sobre estes temas. A globalização faz com que as cidades cada
vez mais se preocupem em desenvolver iniciativas de promoção dos seus territórios, produtos
e serviços. As atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio enquadraram-se nesta área,
nomeadamente no apoio a eventos enoturísticos, como o Vinhos de Inverno e Festival Literário
Tinto no Branco e, também, na organização da Feira de São Mateus 2020 que, devido às
circunstâncias do presente ano, a pandemia COVID-19, foi cancelada. Outras atividades
realizadas foram o clipping, o planeamento estratégico de Redes Socias e Website, elaboração
de bases de dados, estudos dos públicos dos eventos, criação de regulamentos e formulários,
entre outras atividades.
Por último, é feita uma reflexão crítica sobre o estágio e são efetuadas algumas sugestões à
Viseu Marca.
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this report is to highlight the activities carried out during the six months of Curriculum Internship at Viseu Marca - Association of Culture, Events and Promotion, within the second year of the Master's Degree in Marketing at the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu. As Viseu Marca is Viseu’s territorial marketing and branding association, the report includes a theoretical framework on these topics. Globalization makes cities increasingly concerned with developing initiatives to promote their territories, products and services. The activities developed during the internship fit in this area, namely in supporting wine tourism events, such as Vinhos de Inverno e Festival Literário Tinto no Branco and also da organization of the Feira de São Mateus 2020 which, due to the circumstances of the present year, the COVID-19 pandemic, was canceled. Other activities carried out were clipping, strategic planning of social networks and website, elaboration of databases, studies of the events, creation of regulations and forms, among other activities. The report ends with a critical reflection on the internship and provides recommendations to Viseu Marca.
