Introdução: O Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Reabilitação (EEER), tendo
por base a sua formação especializada e pelo seu conhecimento teórico, constitui um pilar
fundamental não apenas na prestação de cuidados individualizados e personalizados,
centrados na maximização da funcionalidade e promoção da qualidade de vida, mas também
na liderança e gestão dos cuidados. Neste enquadramento, os períodos de estágio aliados à
componente teórica previamente adquirida, assumem-se como uma vertente essencial no
desenvolvimento e consolidação de competências do profissional de saúde.
Objetivos: Descrever o percurso de aquisição e sistematização das competências comuns
e específicas do EEER, e mapear a evidência científica sobre o impacto da intervenção do
EEER na mobilização da pessoa submetida a cirurgia da anca.
Métodos: O relatório encontra-se estruturado em duas partes. A primeira diz respeito à
componente clínica, onde se recorreu à metodologia descritiva para refletir sobre o processo
de desenvolvimento de competências comuns e específicas. A segunda parte inclui a
componente de investigação, na qual é apresentada uma scoping review “Impacto da
Intervenção do EEER na mobilização da pessoa submetida a cirurgia da anca”, conduzida de
acordo com a metodologia mais recente proposta pela Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) e
apresentada segundo o PRISMA-ScR.
Resultados: A componente de estágios realizada no âmbito do Mestrado em
Enfermagem de Reabilitação permitiu aplicar e consolidar o conhecimento técnico e científico
e a organização do raciocínio clínico, objetivando uma prática segura, ética e autónoma. A
investigação proporcionou uma melhoria da capacidade de pesquisa e análise crítica,
permitindo a produção de conhecimento científico. Esta scoping review engloba 11 estudos
que foram agrupados em quatro dimensões referentes ao impacto da intervenção do EEER na
mobilização da pessoa submetida a cirurgia da anca.
Conclusão: O caminho formativo permitiu a aquisição e consolidação de competências
específicas essenciais ao EEER, realçando a sua importância na promoção da funcionalidade,
autonomia e qualidade de vida. A scoping review evidenciou o impacto da intervenção do
EEER no processo de recuperação da pessoa submetida a cirurgia da anca.

Abstract Introduction: The Specialist Nurse in Rehabilitation Nursing (EEER), drawing on their specialized training and theoretical knowledge, plays a fundamental role not only in providing individualized and personalized care focused on maximizing functionality and promoting quality of life, but also in the leadership and management of care. In this context, clinical rotations, combined with previously acquired theoretical knowledge, are an essential component in the development and consolidation of the healthcare professionals competencies. Objectives: To describe the process of acquiring and systematizing the common and specific competencies of the EEER, and to map the scientific evidence regarding the impact of the EEER intervention on the mobilization of individuals who have undergone hip surgery. Methods: The report is structured in two parts. The first concerns the clinical component, where a descriptive methodology was used to reflect on the process of developing common and specific competencies. The second part includes the research component, which presents a scoping review titled “Impact of EEER Intervention on Mobility in Patients Who Have Undergone Hip Surgery,” conducted in accordance with the latest methodology proposed by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) and reported in accordance with PRISMA-ScR. Results: The clinical placement component of the Master’s Program in Rehabilitation Nursing enabled students to apply and consolidate their technical and scientific knowledge and to organize their clinical reasoning, with the aim of fostering safe, ethical, and autonomous practice. The research component improved students’ research and critical analysis skills, enabling the generation of scientific knowledge. This scoping review includes 11 studies that were grouped into four categories related to the impact of the EEER intervention on the mobilization of patients who have undergone hip surgery. Conclusion: The training program enabled participants to acquire and consolidate specific skills essential to the EEER, highlighting its importance in promoting functionality, independence, and quality of life. The scoping review demonstrated the impact of the EEER intervention on the recovery process of individuals who have undergone hip surgery.
