Abstract(s)
As práticas de gestão de recursos humanos apresentam-se, na atualidade, como uma fonte de criação de mudança e de fomento do desempenho individual e organizacional. Estas mesmas práticas suportam-se em lideranças fortes e capazes de motivar os colaboradores, assim como na aquisição de competências que permitam desempenhar, de forma mais competente, as funções, não só dos líderes, mas dos colaboradores em geral. Surgem como suporte às práticas de gestão de recursos humanos os sistemas de avaliação de desempenho que permitem, através dos seus resultados, criar mudanças e definir objetivos que permitam alcançar a sustentabilidade.
A presente investigação teve como objetivo principal perceber de que forma as boas práticas de gestão de recursos humanos, suportadas por eficiente e adequado sistema de avaliação de desempenho, influenciam o desempenho individual e consequente desempenho organizacional.
De modo a atingir os objetivos propostos foi realizado um estudo sobre o Centro Social do Couto Mineiro do Pejão relativamente às práticas de gestão de recursos humanos da organização e, também, sobre o sistema de avaliação de desempenho implementado.

These same practices are based on strong leaderships capable of motivating employees, as well as the acquisition of competencies that enable them to perform more competently, not only the leaders, but the employees in general. Supporting human resources management practices are performance evaluation systems that allow, through their results, to create changes and define goals that allow achieving sustainability. This research aimed to understand how good human resources management practices, supported by an efficient and adequate performance evaluation system, influence individual performance and consequent organizational performance. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, a study was conducted on the Couto Mineiro do Pejão Social Center regarding the organization's human resources management practices and also the performance evaluation system implemented.
