a construção do programa.

During the clinical placements, specialized interventions were implemented, including mental health promotion, psychoeducation, and psychotherapeutic interventions. A structured hope promotion program for individuals with depressive mood was developed and applied. Within the research component, a scoping review was conducted to map nursing interventions that promote hope in people with depression, supporting the development of the intervention program. Subsequently, a case study was carried out, enabling the implementation of the program and the analysis of health gains. The findings highlight the contribution of the nurse specialist in promoting hope, enhancing autonomy, and improving emotional well-being, reinforcing the importance of person-centered and recovery-oriented care. It is concluded that hope promotion represents a relevant and distinctive area of mental health nursing practice, emphasizing the integration of research and evidence-based care.
