Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório de Estágio visa sistematizar todo o trabalho desenvolvido no âmbi-to do estágio curricular para obtenção do grau de Mestre (2º Ciclo) em Intervenção Psi-cossocial com Crianças e Jovens em Risco, pela Escola Superior de Educação do Institu-to Politécnico de Viseu. Este teve lugar num Núcleo de Infância e Juventude (NIJ) da Região Centro, tendo como população-alvo crianças e jovens em situação de risco e/ou perigo. Na qualidade de estagiária, tive a oportunidade de integrar a Equipa Multidisci-plinar de Assessoria aos Tribunais (EMAT), nomeadamente na vertente de Processos de Promoção e Proteção (PPP).
Considerando o contexto e necessidades identificadas, e de acordo com o objetivo geral que consistia em observar e acompanhar a intervenção realizada pelos técnicos, foram definidos medidas de intervenção. As medidas projetadas para ir ao encontro dos obje-tivos definidos foram: Medida 1 - Colaborar e participar nos Processos de Promoção e Proteção; Medida 2 - Colaborar e participar ativamente no desenvolvimento das ativida-des e serviços do contexto; Medida 3 - Caracterização da perceção das crianças e jovens que beneficiam da medida de Promoção e Proteção de Acolhimento Residencial sobre o momento do acolhimento.
Assim, através do acompanhamento e observação direta da intervenção realizada pelos técnicos, foi possível concluir que não só existe uma notória falta de recursos humanos, como também existe uma distribuição desigual de processos por técnico gestor. Conse-quentemente, existe um elevado número processual que obstaculiza o devido acompa-nhamento a cada processo.
This internship report aims to systematize all the work carried out as part of the curricu-lar internship to obtain a Master's degree (2nd Cycle) in Psychosocial Intervention with Children and Young People at Risk, from the School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu. This took place at a Children and Youth Center (NIJ) in the Central Region, targeting children and young people at risk and/or in danger. As a trainee, I had the opportunity to join the Multidisciplinary Court Advisory Team (EMAT), particularly in the area of Promotion and Protection Proceedings (PPP). Considering the context and needs identified, and in accordance with the general objec-tive of monitoring the intervention carried out by the technicians, intervention measures were defined. The measures designed to meet the defined objectives were: Measure 1 - Collaborating and participating in the promotion and protection processes; Measure 2 - Collaborating and actively participating in the development of activities and services in the context; Measure 3 - Characterizing the perception of children and young people who benefit from the promotion and protection measure of residential foster care about the moment of foster care. Thus, through monitoring and direct observation of the intervention carried out by the technicians, it was possible to conclude that not only is there a notorious lack of human resources, but there is also an unequal distribution of cases per managing technician. As a result, there is a high number of cases, which hinders the proper monitoring of each case.
