O trabalho tem como ênfase central as dificuldades encontradas por pessoas com necessidades de saúde especiais (NSE) para a transição para a vida adulta e mundo do trabalho. O trabalho irá demonstrar algumas dificuldades que os jovens encontram na trajetória da transição pós vida escolar, utilizando-se de algumas informações colhidas com a opinião de Profissionais da área que trabalham diretamente com alunos com NSE. Estes alunos, enfrentam uma diversidade de barreiras na passagem da vida escolar para o concorrido mundo do trabalho e suas adversidades. Para que se perceba com maior clareza, este trabalho se norteou na contextualização teórica porém de forma intrínseca, objetiva e direta na questão da inclusão destes jovens na sociedade e no mundo laboral.
Os objetivos deste trabalho tem na figura central a busca pelo entendimento de como ocorre a transição da vida pós escolar para a vida adulta e laboral. Com a opinião dos profissionais envolvidos direta e diariamente com estes alunos. O trabalho norteará com base em entrevistas com os professores e a análise das informações prestadas. Adequadamente de forma empírica se inicia o trabalho com a problemática, e com a busca por perceber de forma simples porém esclarecedoras a percepção dos entrevistados envolvidos no processo de transição. Caberá ainda uma breve discussão sobre o resultado destas entrevistas e assim compreender como acontece esta passagem da vida escolar para a vida adulta, e a importância disto para estes alunos. A sociedade como um todo, tem a obrigação de tornar a vida destes indivíduos mais aproximada, e com os facilitadores e ferramentas que agreguem uma mais valia na integração para uma transição para a vida pós escolar que deve criar mecanismos para facilitar a vida destas pessoas com NSE.
The work's central emphasis is 'The Difficulties Encountered by People with SES for Inclusion in the World of Work'. Society as a whole has the obligation to make the lives of these individuals closer, and with facilitators and tools that add added value in the integration for a transition to post-school life which must create mechanisms to make the lives of these people with NSE easier.
