Abstract(s)
Introdução - No desenvolvimento e crescimento das instituições de saúde, tem assumido
particular relevância a qualidade da assistência relativamente à forma como os cidadãos são
atendidos em meio hospitalar. A satisfação dos utentes com as instituições de saúde é prioritária
pelo que devem adotar formas de organização e gestão empreendedoras, adaptadas a essas
necessidades.
Objetivos: Avaliar o nível de satisfação dos utentes face aos cuidados de enfermagem e
identificar as variáveis sociodemográficas e profissionais que interferem na satisfação dos
utentes face aos cuidados de enfermagem.
Métodos - Estudo quantitativo, não-experimental, descritivo-correlacional e transversal,
realizado numa amostra não probabilística por conveniência constituída por 92 utentes que
recorreram ao Serviço de Urgência Básico de Moimenta da Beira, Aplicou-se um questionário de
caracterização Sociodemográfica e Escala de Satisfação do Cidadão face aos Cuidados de
Enfermagem (Dias e Rodrigues, 2006).
Resultados - A média de idades é de 45,32 anos maioritariamente do sexo feminino (58,69%),
casados/união de facto (67,4%), com o ensino básico/secundário (80,4%),ativos (83,7%)
residentes no Concelho de Moimenta da Beira (60,9%).
Cerca de 44% dos utentes está muito satisfeita com os cuidados de enfermagem e destes 30.4%
tem idade até 65anos, 26.1% são casados 32.6% possuem ensino básio, 34.8% são ativos e
25.0% são residentes no concelho. A idade influencia a satisfação dos utentes face aos cuidados
prestados relativamente à experiencia (p=0.008), opinião (p=0.028) e satisfação (global) (p=
0.004).
Conclusões – Os níveis de satisfação obtidos, não invalidam a existência de aspetos a melhorar,
no intuito de aumentar a qualidade dos cuidados de enfermagem.

The user satisfaction with health institutions is a priority for the needs and expectations of these are constantly changing soon , institutions must adopt forms of organization and entrepreneurial management, adapted to these needs. Objectives - Assess the level of user satisfaction facing nursing care and identify sociodemographic and professional variables that interfere with the satisfaction of users facing nursing care . Methods – Methods - We carried out a quantitative study , non- experimental, descriptive and correlational and cross , on a non- probabilistic sample of 92 users who have used the Basic Emergency Service of Moimenta da Beira , of which 54 are female ( 58.69 %) with an average age of 45,32 years . Data obtained from a questionnaire : characterization issues Sociodemographic and Citizen satisfaction according to the nursing cares ( Dias e Rodrigues, 2006) . Results: The average age is 45.32 years mostly female ( 58.69 %), married / unmarried partners ( 67.4 % ) , with basic education / secondary ( 80.4 %) and active ( 83, 7%) residents in the Municipality of Moimenta da Beira ( 60.9 % ) . About 44 % of users are very satisfied with the nursing care and of these 30.4 % are aged up 65anos , 26.1 % are married 32.6 % have basic education , 34.8 % are active and 25.0 % are residents in the county .
