Abstract(s)
Atualmente, qualquer produto que visa satisfazer as necessidades específicas do consumidor
necessita de cumprir os requisitos mínimos de segurança determinados na legislação própria e nas
normas. Desta forma, para produtos com funções específicas existem normas que definem a forma
como esses produtos devem ser testados e a sua conformidade com os requisitos da norma.
Nesse sentido, este projeto pretende desenvolver dois equipamentos com o objetivo de
dimensionar e produzir os equipamentos para os ensaios da norma ISO 11243: 2016 relativa a
testes para suportes de bagagem para bicicletas.
Este projeto irá ser desenvolvido com o apoio da Abimota. Esta instituição tem uma grande
experiência e um vasto historial no ensaio de produtos especialmente na área das bicicletas. Foi
concluído, após uma análise mais detalhada, na necessidade fundamental em desenvolver os
equipamentos para os ensaios de fadiga requeridos pela norma. A área laboratorial da Abimota
possui uma grande capacidade interna para a realização de muitos ensaios, mas tem uma lacuna
na parte relativa a ensaio de fadiga a suportes de bagagem.
Numa primeira fase, definiu-se os objetivos do projeto de mestrado em engenharia mecânica e
gestão industrial e fez-se o respetivo enquadramento do trabalho, bem com a sua estruturação e o
seu cronograma de trabalho. Seguidamente descreveu-se de forma detalhada todos os
procedimentos para desenvolver os equipamentos pretendidos, utilizando software de cálculo e de
desenho, selecionados todo os componentes necessários a cada um dos equipamentos e verificando
os componentes mais solicitados com a utilização de software de simulação. Por último, foi feito
um caderno de encargos, orçamentação e adjudicação do projeto dos equipamentos.
Posteriormente fez-se a receção e validação dos equipamentos.
ABSTRACT: Nowadays, any product that aims to satisfy the specific needs of the consumer needs to meet the minimum safety requirements determined in the proper legislation and standards. In this way, for products with specific functions there are standards that define how these products should be tested and their compliance with the requirements of the standard. In this sense, this project intends to develop two equipment’s with the objective of dimensioning and producing the equipment for the tests according to ISO 11243: 2016 regarding tests for luggage supports for bicycles. This project will be developed with the support of Abimota. This institution has a great experience and a vast track record in the testing of products especially in the area of bicycles. It was concluded, after a more detailed analysis, on the fundamental need to develop the equipment for the fatigue tests required by the standard. The laboratory area of Abimota has a large internal capacity for carrying out many tests, but it has a gap in the part related to fatigue testing of luggage carriers. Firstly, the objectives of the master's degree in mechanical engineering and industrial management were defined and the respective framework of the work was done, as well as its structuring and its work schedule. Next, all procedures were described in detail to develop the desired equipment, using calculation and drawing software, selecting all the necessary components for each of the equipment and checking the most requested components with the use of simulation software. Finally, a specification, budgeting and adjudication of equipment’s was made. Subsequently, the equipment was received and validated.
