As organizações de economia social, particularmente as instituições particulares de solidariedade social, adotam o propósito de dar uma expressividade ao dever moral para responder a problemas e necessidades sociais emergentes. Esse propósito coloca, de certa forma, obstáculos e essencialmente desafios diários aos seus gestores, o que implica uma nova exigência na restruturação em processos de gestão dos recursos humanos para manter uma boa sustentabilidade da organização e um desempenho organizacional. O objeto de estudo é estudar qual o perfil de competências de um gestor de topo e um gestor intermédio na instituição Centro Social e Paroquial de Mamouros. Este estudo pressupõe uma pesquisa bibliográfica e recolha de dados através de entrevista semiestruturada aos dois gestores e inquérito por questionário aos colaboradores da instituição, durante o mês de dezembro de 2024. O estudo empírico foi realizado e feita uma análise comparativa entre todos para analisar e dar respostas. Foi possível reconhecer um combinado de competências que os gestores das organizações mais valorizam na sua atividade, assim como os desafios e metas a alcançar.
Social economy organizations, particularly private social solidarity institutions, adopt the purpose of giving expression to the moral duty to respond to emerging social problems and needs. This purpose, in a certain way, poses obstacles and essentially daily challenges to their managers, which implies a new demand in the restructuring of human resources management processes to maintain good organizational sustainability and organizational performance. The object of study is to study the skills profile of a top manager and a middle manager at the Mamouros Social and Parish Center institution. This study presupposes bibliographic research and data collection through semi-structured interviews with the two managers and a questionnaire survey of the institution's employees during the month of December 2024. The empirical study was carried out and a comparative analysis was made between all of them to analyze and provide answers. It was possible to recognize a combination of skills that the organizations managers most value in their activity, as well as the challenges and goals to be achieved.
