Abstract(s)
O presente relatório está inserido na área de formação para a docência do curso de Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico (1.º CEB). Este contempla duas reflexões críticas das práticas, uma no primeiro ano, abrangendo o 1.º CEB, e a outra no segundo ano, abrangendo a Educação Pré-Escolar; o relatório concebe também uma investigação que pretende aferir quais as perspetivas dos educadores de infância acerca da sua formação e preparação para abordar o subdomínio da Música.
No que diz respeito às reflexões críticas, apoiámo-nos em todos os materiais desenvolvidos ao longo dos estágios e também nos documentos normativos dos perfis específicos de desempenho profissional do professor do 1.º CEB e do educador de infância. Relativamente ao trabalho de investigação, este é de caráter descritivo com recurso ao inquérito por questionário a educadores de infância dos cinco agrupamentos do concelho de Viseu.
Esta investigação permite concluir, de forma genérica, que a formação inicial dos educadores de infância é considerada adequada às práticas efetuadas, embora sintam necessidade de aprofundar os seus conhecimentos nesta área.
This report is part of the training area for the teaching of the Master’s Degree in Pre-School Education and 1st Cycle of Basic Education (1st CEB) teaching. It includes two critical reflections of the practices, one in the first year, covering the 1st CEB, and the other in the second year, considering Pre-School Education; the report has also an investigation that intends to realize the perspectives of the pre-school educators about their formation and preparation to approach the subdomain of the Music. With regard to the critical appreciation, we rely on all the materials developed during the internship and also on the normative documents of the specific profiles of the professional performance of 1st CEB teacher and the pre-school educator. The research work is descriptive in nature, using the questionnaire survey applied to pre-school educators of the five groups of schools in Viseu. This research allows to conclude, in a general way, that the initial formation of the pre-school educators is considered appropriate to the performed practices, although they feel the need to develop their knowledge in this area.
