O turismo em Portugal, nos dias de hoje, assume um papel imperativo na economia
nacional.
Neste trabalho é feita uma retrospetiva do conceito de Turismo na atualidade, bem como
do conceito de Turismo de Natureza e Turismo de Aldeia, apontando-se as tendências de
futuro para o Turismo.
É feita a apresentação geral do Projeto que se pretende desenvolver, fazendo-se,
inicialmente, um estudo de mercado. Na Formulação e Implementação Estratégica do
projeto apresenta-se a identificação geográfica, as tipologias das Unidades de Alojamento,
bem como as atividades de Inovação que se pretendem desenvolver.
É apresentada ainda a Análise Estratégica e o Plano de Marketing para o desenvolvimento
do projeto.
Por fim, é apresentado o estudo de viabilidade económico-financeira do projeto, onde se
observa através das tabelas apresentadas a viabilidade do projeto.

Is made the general presentation of the project that wants to develop, making up initially a market study. In the Design and the strategic implementation of the project, presents the geographical identification, the lodging accommodations types, as the innovation activities that want to develop. Is still presented the analysis strategic and marketing plan for the development of the project. Finally, is presented the economical-financial feasibility study of the project, where the viability of the project is observed through the tables presented.
