Abstract(s)
Quais as

ABSTRACT Introduction: Attending an internship is a privileged space of opportunities, bringing into dialogue two training spaces in the mediation between theory and experience/practice, with an impact on the construction of professional and research knowledge in nursing. Objective: This report aims to document the critical-reflective process of development of specialized skills acquired during internships in emergency and intensive care, with a special focus on investigative skills that culminate in the completion of the master's and post graduate course in specialization in medical-surgical nursing, in the perspective of the person in critical condition. Methods: At the academic level where this Report is inserted, but limited to the development of specialized skills in the domains of knowing, knowing and knowing how to be, promoting relearning, unlearning additions and replacing them through a more complete and comprehensive learning of specialized practice in diseases. Sedimented with the improvement of investigative skills also acquired during this period. Results: Trying to articulate: the personal interest in pediatrics, the current prehospital professional context; the academic aspect of medical-surgical nursing, in the perspective of the person in a critical condition, I developed the Scoping Systematic Literature Review Protocol that allowed documenting in detail the methodological design of the Scoping Review, which will have as its ultimate objective, to identify and map the immobilization techniques administered to pediatric trauma victims in the prehospital setting. This will allow us to answer the research questions posed: What are the immobilization techniques to use in pediatric trauma situations in the prehospital setting? What are the clinical specifics present in the selection of immobilization techniques? Which are professionals apply immobilization techniques? The final study will be of scientific interest, in order to inform which is carried out in relation to the area under analysis, including data that may not have been disseminated in a way more generalized to the community. Now progress will be made on the successful and expected publication of this protocol, followed by the subsequent final Scope Review. Conclusion: the reflective analysis of this document demonstrates the acquisition of the skills of a specialist nurse in medical-surgical nursing in the area of the person in critical condition. Keywords: Medical-surgical Nursing; Specialist Nurse Skills; Critical Patient; Emergency Medical Services, Prehospital Care, Wounds and Injuries, Child, Immobilization
