Intervenção Psicossocial com Crianças e Jovens em Perigo: Relatório Final de Estágio efetuado num NIJ

| dc.description.abstract | O presente Relatório Final de Estágio pretende relatar, refletir e avaliar o estágio efetuado no Núcleo de Infância e Juventude (NIJ), mais concretamente na Equipa Multidisciplinar de Assessoria aos Tribunais (EMAT) do Centro Distrital de Viseu, Instituto de Segurança Social I.P. Para a promoção de direitos e proteção das crianças/jovens em perigo é necessário garantir o seu pleno desenvolvimento e, por isso, além de se intervir com as mesmas, afastando-as do perigo, intervém-se essencialmente com as suas famílias, proporcionandolhes as condições necessárias para a execução de uma parentalidade positiva e responsável. Considerando o contexto e necessidades identificadas, e com o objetivo geral de afastar o perigo das crianças e jovens, foram definidos como eixos de intervenção: Colaboração nas atividades e serviços da instituição; Participação na elaboração e realização de um Plano de Intervenção aplicado ao contexto de Acolhimento Residencial; e Acompanhamento de quatro famílias. No 1.º eixo, foi possível o envolvimento ativo em diversos procedimentos associados às diferentes fases do acompanhamento dos Processos de Promoção e Proteção; no 2.º eixo foram implementadas três das oito atividades que integravam o plano delineado, tendo o feedback das participantes e profissionais sido positivo; e no 3.º eixo relativo ao acompanhamento das famílias, foi possível acompanhar os diferentes momentos da implementação das medidas dos Processos de Promoção e Proteção e Processos Tutelares Cíveis. No geral, o Estágio proporcionou a aquisição de conhecimentos e competências fundamentais a nível profissional e pessoal. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present Final Internship Report aims to report, reflect on, and evaluate the internship carried out at the Childhood and Youth Center (NIJ), more specifically at the Multidisciplinary Court Advisory Team (EMAT) of the Viseu District Center, Social Security Institute I.P. To promote the rights and protection of children/youth at risk, it is necessary to ensure their full development, and therefore, in addition to intervening with them by removing them from danger, intervention is primarily carried out with their families, providing them with the necessary conditions for the implementation of positive and responsible III parenthood. Considering the context and identified needs, and with the general objective of removing the danger from children and youth, the following intervention axes were defined: Collaboration in the institution's activities and services; Participation in the development and implementation of an Intervention Plan applied to the context of Residential Care; and Monitoring of four families. In the Axis 1., active involvement in various procedures associated with the different phases of monitoring Promotion and Protection Processes was possible; in the Axis 2., three out of the eight activities outlined in the plan were implemented, with positive feedback from participants and professionals; and in the Axis 3. related to family monitoring, it was possible to monitor the different moments of the implementation of measures from Promotion and Protection Processes and Civil Guardianship Processes. Overall, the Internship provided the acquisition of fundamental knowledge and skills at a professional and personal level. | pt_PT |
