Abstract(s)
Este relatório de estágio apresenta o trabalho realizado no âmbito do mestrado em Intervenção Psicossocial com Crianças e Jovens em Risco, desenvolvido no Núcleo de Infância e Juventude (NIJ) do Centro Distrital do Instituto da Segurança Social. Este estágio visou aprofundar a compreensão sobre os desafios e as potencialidades das práticas de proteção e promoção dos direitos de crianças e jovens em perigo, com maior atenção no papel desempenhado pela Equipa Multidisciplinar de Assessoria Técnica aos Tribunais (EMAT). A intervenção possibilitou o acompanhamento de medidas de promoção e proteção em contextos de risco, identificando fatores de vulnerabilidade e estratégias para o fortalecimento de redes familiares e redes de apoio. Analisou-se, também, o impacto da articulação entre as entidades competentes em matéria de infância e juventude, no sentido de assegurar uma proteção eficaz e o respeito pelos direitos das crianças e jovens. Os resultados deste estágio evidenciam a relevância das intervenções informadas e colaborativas no âmbito da proteção infantil, sublinhando a importância de medidas preventivas, da capacitação técnica e da integração de diferentes entidades na construção de percursos seguros e promissores para as crianças e jovens em situação de risco. Este relatório reforça ainda o papel crucial do técnico de intervenção psicossocial na mediação entre as famílias, o sistema judicial e as instituições, promovendo mudanças sustentáveis nos contextos de vida das crianças e jovens.
This internship report presents the work carried out as part of the master's degree in Psychosocial Intervention with Children and Young People at Risk, developed at the Children and Youth Centre (NIJ) of the District Centre of the Social Security Institute. This internship aimed to deepen my understanding of the challenges and potential of practices for protecting and promoting the rights of children and young people at risk, with a focus on the role played by the Multidisciplinary Technical Advisory Team for the Courts (EMAT). III The intervention made it possible to monitor promotion and protection measures in risk contexts, identifying vulnerability factors and strategies for strengthening family and support networks. It also analysed the impact of coordination between the competent bodies, such as the Competent Entities in Matters of Children and Youth, to ensure effective protection and respect for the rights of children and young people. The results of this internship highlights the relevance of informed and collaborative interventions in the field of child protection, emphasising the importance of preventative measures, technical training and the integration of different entities in building safe and promising pathways for children and young people at risk. This report also reinforces the crucial role of the psychosocial intervention technician in mediating between families, the judicial system and institutions, promoting sustainable changes in the children and youth living contexts.
