Abstract(s)
Nas últimas décadas, registou-se um aumento do investimento nas tecnologias de
informação para as organizações. O avanço dos recursos tecnológicos e a dependência das
organizações sobre as tecnologias de informação é cada vez mais evidente e a medida que a
organização vai evoluindo, deverá haver um suporte tecnológico para apoiar a tomada de
decisões e assim ajudar a uma melhor utilização dos recursos, de forma a poder sobreviver e
prosperar num ambiente de negócios cada vez mais competitivo.
A plataforma Linsa Softinsa, é uma plataforma que introduz práticas de trabalho
colaborativo, do qual agiliza processos administrativos e de recursos humanos, aumentando a
produtividade, reduzindo os custos associados a estes processos e facilita o acesso e partilha
de informação.
O presente relatório documenta o trabalho realizado no âmbito unidade curricular
Dissertação/Projeto/Estágio do Mestrado em Sistemas e Tecnologias de Informação para as
Organizações, da Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão de Viseu do Instituto Politécnico de
Viseu.
O trabalho consistiu no desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades para a plataforma
Linsa Softinsa, mais especificamente, o projeto de participação de ausências e o projeto do
trabalho suplementar.
O Estágio Curricular desenvolveu-se nas instalações do Centro de Inovação
Tecnológico Softinsa IBM (CENIT), em Viseu, no ano letivo de 2017/2018 e tendo como
objetivo favorecer a integração e consolidação, no contexto da prática, os conhecimentos
teóricos adquiridos durante o Curso de Mestrado, com vista à profissionalização e
aprofundamento de competências no ramo de implementação de sistemas de informação para
as organizações e no desenvolvimento de plataformas digitais de gestão para a Softinsa IBM.
ABSTRACT: In the last decades, there has been an increase in the investment in information technologies for organizations. The advancement of technology resources and the dependence of organizations on information technology is increasingly evident and as the organization evolves, there must be technological support to support decision making and help a better use of resources in order to survive and thrive in an increasingly competitive business environment. The Linsa Softinsa platform is a platform that introduces collaborative work practices, which streamlines administrative processes and human resources, increasing productivity, reducing the costs associated with these processes and facilitating access and sharing of information. This report documents the work carried out in the curricular unit Dissertation / Project / Internship of the Master in Information Systems and Technologies for Organizations, of the School of Technology and Management of Viseu of the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu. The work consisted in the development of new functionalities for the Linsa Softinsa platform, more specifically, the project of participation of absences and the project of the supplementary work. The Curricular Internship was developed in the facilities of the IBM Softinsa Technological Innovation Center (CENIT), in Viseu, in the 2017/2018 academic year, and aiming to promote the integration and consolidation, in the context of the practice, of the theoretical knowledge acquired during the Master's degree, aimed at professionalizing and deepening competencies in the field of implementation of information systems for organizations and in the development of digital management platforms for IBM Softinsa.
