Abstract(s)
O presente relatório visa descrever as atividades desenvolvidas no âmbito do estágio
fornecedores.
The purpose of this report is to describe the activities carried out as part of the internship at FLAMA S.A., as part of the Master's Degree in Marketing at the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu. The choice of this internship arose from the opportunity to apply, in a real-life context, the knowledge acquired during my academic career, aided by my personal interest in small household appliances. This internship was seen as an opportunity to solve concrete company challenges with solutions aimed at achieving the best results. During the internship, supplier management and evaluation systems were created and implemented using databases developed in Microsoft Lists, complemented by specific forms for collecting supplier data. The information obtained made it possible to create ratings and rankings of suppliers, thus facilitating strategic decision-making in the sourcing process. In parallel, market studies and analyses were also carried out using IBM SPSS, with the aim of identifying the main differentiating characteristics of the best-selling products in various categories. A complete PIM (Product Information Management) file was also developed with structured and standardized information for each FLAMA product. Technical product matrices were also developed, as well as comparison sheets and test standards for more than 35 product families and sub-families. This internship allowed me to gain a deeply enriching experience, consolidate technical and strategic skills, and gain a clearer insight into the workings and requirements of the small domestic appliances sector.
