The development of entrepreneurial skills in higher education is currently crucial as a transversal training element, not only to help the transition to the business field, but also for fostering innovation and proactivity in problem-solving at social organizations. In fact, in social area degrees, given the complexity of the issues and target populations, these skills are
particularly important. In this study, an entrepreneurship questionnaire was administered to
final-year Portuguese students in a Social Education degree, with the aim of assessing their
self-perceived entrepreneurial competences.
