Abstract(s)
Enquadramento: As caracterĂsticas do ensino contribuĂram para o desenvolvimento de sintomas
que desencadeiam a desistĂȘncia do professor da sala de aula, nĂŁo sendo Girau do Ponciano
exceção. Eles sĂŁo um problema de gestĂŁo pĂșblica que requer esforços conjuntos para aliviar
esta situação. As causas que aumentam esse fato tem as suas repercussĂ”es sobre a saĂșde
dos professores e dizem também respeito às condiçÔes de trabalho.
Objetivos: Determinar a existĂȘncia de fatores que mostram a desistĂȘncia e o afastamento da
sala de aula dos professores das escolas municipais da cidade de Girau do Ponciano.
MĂ©todos: O perfil sociodemogrĂĄfico revelou tratar-se de indivĂduos maioritariamente do sexo
feminino 88,8%, com cerca de 40 anos e possuindo o ensino superior 75,9%,sendo que 68,5%
são os mais velhos em tempo de serviço. O instrumento de colheita de dados sob a forma de
Questionårios permitiu colher informaçÔes relativas à caracterização sociodemogråfica, ao trabalho
e Ă saĂșde dos professores.
Resultados: Constatou-se que os participantes tinham problemas de saĂșde psicoemocionais
(50,0%); Osteoarticulares (16,6%); relacionados Ă voz (7,4%); auditivos (1,8%); respiratĂłrios
(1,8%) e circulatĂłrios (3,7%). A presença de problemas relacionados com a saĂșde foi identificada
em (77,7%) como fator determinante para a desistĂȘncia da sala de aula, sendo que
(85,1%) revelaram que nĂŁo possuĂam motivação para o trabalho da docĂȘncia. NĂŁo praticam
atividade fĂsica (48,8%) e a maioria detinha experiĂȘncia de sala de aula de 10 a 13 anos, totalizando
(68,5%).
ConclusĂŁo: As evidĂȘncias encontradas sustentam a necessidade de investimento na prevenção
de doenças e cuidados especiais com a saĂșde do docente que deve ser orientado numa
abordagem global dos fatores de risco irrompidos na profissão, encarando a prevenção como
uma tarefa de todos; governo, sociedades cientĂficas, profissionais de saĂșde. A investigação e
a anĂĄlise dos dados empĂricos Ă© essencial, contribuindo para dar suporte Ă s decisĂ”es da gestĂŁo
e administração escolar e polĂtica da escola contemporĂąnea.

ABSTRACT Framework: Educational characteristics contributed to the development of symptoms that trigger the withdrawal of the teacher in the classroom, not being Girau do Ponciano exception. They are a public management problem that requires joint efforts to alleviate this situation. The causes that increase this has its repercussions on the health of teachers and also relate to working conditions.. Objectives: Determine the existence of factors that show the withdrawal and the removal of classroom teachers of municipal schools in Girau do Ponciano. Methods: The sociodemographic profile showed that this is mostly females 88.8%, with about 40 years and having higher education 75.9%, and 68.5% are older at time of service. The data collection instrument in the form of questionnaires allowed to gather information on the sociodemographic characteristics, work and health of teachers. Results: It was found that the participants had psycho-emotional health problems (50.0%); Osteoarticular (16.6%); related to voice (7.4%); Hearing (1.8%); respiratory (1.8%) and circulatory (3.7%). The presence of health-related problems was identified in (77.7%) as a determinant for the withdrawal of the classroom, and (85.1%) revealed that they did not have motivation to work of teaching. Do not practice physical activity (48.8%) and the majority held classroom experience 10-13 years total (68.5%). Conclusion: The evidence supports the need for investment in special disease prevention and health care for teachers should be oriented in a global approach erupted risk factors in the profession, viewing prevention as a task of all; government, scientific societies, health professionals. The research and analysis of empirical data is essential, contributing to support management decisions and school administration and policy of the contemporary school.
