Abstract(s)
Este projeto, resume o que eu aprendi e desenvolvi durante o estágio que realizei na Markdata. Pretende salientar a importância da presença das marcas na internet, a importância que o social media tem na comunicação das marcas, e o impacto que elas têm nos utilizadores de redes sociais, como o facebook e twitter.
O meu estágio debruçou-se principalmente sobre as áreas das grandes superfícies, alimentação, automóveis, bebidas e bancos. Serviu para me enriquecer tanto pessoalmente como profissionalmente, proporcionando-me uma grande aprendizagem principalmente a nível da análise do social media e da grande vantagem que é utilizar as redes sociais para comunicação de marcas.
ABSTRACT: This project, summarizes what I have learned and developed during the internship that I realized on Markdata. It aims to highlight the importance of the presence of brands on the internet, It aims to highlight the importance that the social media has on the communication of the brands and the impact they have on the users of the social networks, as the facebook and twitter. My internship leaned mostly about the areas of large surfaces, food, cars, drinks and banks. It made me grow personal and professionally, giving me a huge learning, mostly about the analysis of social media and the great advantage that it is to use the social networks for the brands communication.
