O digital tem vindo a demonstrar ser uma ferramenta fundamental no âmbito profissional e empresarial, na medida em que ajuda no crescimento e manutenção da relação entre uma entidade e os seus públicos, fomentando, em simultâneo, uma possibilidade de melhoria de negócio através de diversas plataformas digitais, como é o caso das redes sociais. O presente relatório de estágio tem conteúdo referente ao estado de arte do mundo da comunicação, com especial atenção dada à questão da comunicação e marketing digital, tópicos sob os quais assenta a grande maioria da informação auferida ao longo do estágio curricular na Felping, uma empresa de delivery recente no mercado. É apresentado um estudo relativo à comunicação digital nas empresas de delivery, que permite compreender o papel da comunicação digital na projeção de uma empresa na área da distribuição alimentar. Ao mesmo tempo, promove-se uma análise relativa a campos práticos da comunicação, através do relato de atividades efetuadas em período de estágio.
Digital has been proving to be a fundamental tool in the professional and business world, as it helps in the growth and maintenance of the relationship between a company and its audiences, simultaneously promoting the possibility of improving the business through various digital platforms, such as social networks. This internship report contains content referring to the state of the art in the world of communication, with special attention given to the issue of communication and digital marketing, topics on which the vast majority of information obtained during the curricular internship at Felping, a recent company in the delivery market. Is presented a study about digital communication in delivery companies which allows to understand the role of digital communication in the projection of a company in the food distribution area. At the same time, an analysis concerning practical activities in communication world is promoted, through the report of activities carried out during the internship period.
