Abstract(s)
usabilidade do MOODLE.
apresentam maior usabilidade.
ABSTRACT: In the last five years, e-learning at the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, performed a new learning vehicle, which allowed the management and provision of learning resources and courses. This research emerges from the need felt by the employer, School of Health of Viseu, to have the service from e-learning fully operational during the academic year of 2010/2011, after WEBCT (Blackboard) platform replacement by MOODLE. We made an analytic-correlational study to evaluate the MOODLE usability in the school student population, after interconnecting academic management system and the e-learning system, in a sample of 412 students. The data collection was based on the satisfaction scale of the usability of MOODLE developed and validated in this study. The results suggest that sociodemographic variables do not affect MOODLE’s usability. Post-graduate Specialization in Community Nursing course students are the most satisfied with autonomy in intuitive use of MOODLE. Students without the status of student workers, reporting that its course is well organized, are the ones that are most satisfied with MOODLE’s usability, with its efficiency and are more autonomous in their use. Students who reported that online training has "some" utility and who accessed MOODLE with "high" frequency in the last 30 days, are those with greater usability.
