Abstract(s)
O presente projeto final de Mestrado tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento de um
Plano de Negócios para a implementação de um empreendimento de Turismo no Espaço Rural,
com a tipologia de Casas de Campo. A idealização deste empreendimento partiu da vontade da
promotora de restaurar uma casa pertencente à sua bisavó e de pretender impulsionar uma nova
dinâmica socioeconómica à aldeia onde reside – Cativelos, pertencente ao concelho de Gouveia.
Na conceção do plano de negócios do empreendimento – Villa da Acessada – estão
princípios relativos às questões da sustentabilidade e da inovação. Com efeito, pretende-se
conceber um empreendimento sustentável, utilizando materiais que incrementem a eficiência
energética, promovam a utilização de energias renováveis e reduzam os consumos de energia.
Pretende-se propor aos turistas uma oferta turística co-criativa e sustentável, onde as parcerias
com a comunidade local são fundamentais.
Para adaptar eficientemente o plano de negócios à realidade regional, para além da
revisão de literatura sobre a temática do TER, a elaboração deste projeto integra igualmente a
elaboração de um estudo de mercado junto de potenciais turistas com o intuito de perceber quais
as suas motivações e expectativas em relação ao mesmo, assim como toda a análise de contexto.
ABSTRACT: The present final master’s project aims to develop a business plan for the implementation of a venture of Tourism in Rural Areas, with the typology of country houses. The idea of this venture came from the promoter's desire to restore a house belonging to her great-grandmother and to boost a new socio-economic dynamic to the village where she lives - Cativelos, in the municipality of Gouveia. In the conception of the business plan of the venture - Villa da Acessada - are principles related to sustainability and innovation issues. Indeed, it is intended to design a sustainable enterprise, using materials that increase energy efficiency, promote the use of renewable energy, and reduce energy consumption, while proposing to tourists a co-creative and sustainable tourist offer, where partnerships with the local community are fundamental. To efficiently adapt the business plan to the regional reality, in addition to the literature review on the theme of TER, the development of this project also includes the preparation of a market study with potential tourists to understand their motivations and expectations in relation to it, as well as all the context analysis.
