Abstract(s)
adotada envolve a criação de famílias paramétricas, a utilização do plug-in BIMCollab e a
recolha e armazenamento dessa informação no modelo BIM (Digital Twin), facilitando a
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a methodology that has been increasingly in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operation (AECO) industry for both design and construction of buildings. However, this methodology can also be applied to rehabilitation projects of heritage buildings – called Heritage Building Information Modeling (HBIM) – enabling effective information management. The aim of this dissertation is to complement the study that has been developed in the Department of Civil Engineering of Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão de Viseu (ESTGV), on the heritage buildings built by partition walls. The BIM methodology is applied to a case study of an old residential building located in the urban center of Viseu, Portugal, documenting in the BIM model the geometric surveys, the tests carried out in the field, the anomalies and damage existing in the building. To achieve this, the methodology adopted involves creating parametric families, using the BIMCollab plug-in and modeling the project phasing. The structure and architecture of the building are modeled using Revit software, creating a BIM model where the other information is added. Among the conclusions reached by work, the study provides a systematization of the collection and storage this information in the BIM model (Digital Twin), facilitating the visualization of the state of conservation of the structural elements and the building as a whole, thus allowing the management of the related information from inspection and diagnosis.
