Este estudo investiga a aplicação de tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial (IA) no desenvolvimento de um protótipo de website para melhorar a comunicação online de empresas, com foco na Torfeco Lda, uma empresa de tornearia mecânica. Através de uma metodologia qualitativa e exploratória, analisaram-se ferramentas de IA, bem como websites de empresas concorrentes, para identificar boas práticas e funcionalidades essenciais. O protótipo foi desenvolvido na plataforma Webnode, escolhida pela sua acessibilidade e facilidade de uso sem necessidade de conhecimentos de programação. Os resultados demonstram que é viável aplicar tecnologias de IA na criação de websites, com vista a melhorar a interação com clientes e potenciais clientes, mesmo com recursos limitados. Apesar das limitações impostas pela versão gratuita da plataforma, o estudo alcançou os objetivos propostos, indicando que empresas podem desenvolver uma presença digital utilizando ferramentas de IA acessíveis. Sugere-se, para pesquisas futuras, a exploração de soluções mais avançadas e a avaliação do impacto de funcionalidades de IA mais sofisticadas na experiência do utilizador e na eficácia comunicacional.
This study investigates the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in the development of a website prototype to improve the online communication of companies, focusing on Torfeco Lda, a mechanical turning company. Through a qualitative and exploratory methodology, AI tools and websites of competing companies were analyzed to identify best practices and essential functionalities. The prototype was developed using the Webnode platform, chosen for its accessibility and ease of use without requiring programming knowledge. The results demonstrate that it is feasible to apply AI technologies in website creation to enhance interaction with clients and potential customers, even with limited resources. Despite the limitations imposed by the platform's free version, the study achieved its proposed objectives, indicating that companies can build a digital presence using accessible AI tools. Future research should explore more advanced solutions and assess the impact of more sophisticated AI functionalities on user experience and communication effectiveness.
