Abstract(s)
O Programa CLDS 4G demarca-se como uma ferramenta de combate à exclusão social, atendendo à proximidade de intervenções executadas com parcerias, valorizando o papel das Câmaras Municipais. De acordo com a Portaria n.º229/2018, de 14 de agosto, o financiamento do Programa CLDS visa sobretudo os territórios que apresentem maior fragilidade social, ou seja, territórios afetados por fenómenos como os do desemprego ou os da pobreza, ou pelo facto de terem sido alvo de calamidades. O Programa CLDS 4G Viseu é promovido pelo Município de Viseu, tendo como Entidade Coordenadora Local de Parceria, as Obras Sociais de Viseu. A atuação ao longo do estágio incidiu no âmbito das ações do Eixo II – Intervenção Familiar e Parental, Preventiva da Pobreza Infantil, focando-se na temática da Igualdade de Género. Considerando as componentes de avaliação utilizadas foi possível apurar que o feedback destas sessões foi bastante positivo, os alunos envolveram-se facilmente na dinâmica e os docentes consideraram muito importante a abordagem desta temática. Para além disso, foi possível o trabalho colaborativo com técnicos da área psicossocial, destacando-se a pertinência do trabalho em rede. O estágio permitiu uma reflexão sobre as metodologias de trabalho de um projeto social, bem como sobre o papel de um técnico de intervenção psicossocial.
The CLDS 4G Program stands out as a tool to combat social exclusion, given the proximity of interventions carried out with partnerships, valuing the role of Municipal Councils. According to Ordinance No. 229/2018, of 14 august, the financing of the CLDS Program mainly aims at the territories that present greater social fragility, that this, territories affected by phenomena such as unemployment or poverty, or the fact that they have been the target of disasters. The CLDS 4G Viseu Program is promoted by the Municipality of Viseu, having the Social Works of Viseu as the Local Coordinating Entity of Partnership. The performance throughout the internship began within the scope of actions in Axis II – Family and Parental Intervention of Child Poverty, focusing on the theme of Gender Equality. Considering the components of evaluation, it was possible to determine that the feedback it was quite positive, students were easily involved in the dynamics and the teachers considered it very important. In addition, collaborative work was possible with technicians in the psychosocial area, highlighting the relevance of networking. The internship allowed a reflection on the work methodologies of a social project, as well as on the role of a psychosocial intervention technician.
