Abstract(s)
No âmbito do 2º ano de Mestrado em Marketing, da Escola Superior de Tecnologia e
Gestão de Viseu, foi realizado um estágio nas Termas de Alcafache. Este estágio teve
início a 9 de janeiro de 2023 e terminou a 9 de julho de 2023, com uma duração de seis
meses.
O estágio realizado teve como objetivo a criação de soluções de marketing para as Termas
de Alcafache abordando as várias áreas de ação do marketing, desde a gestão das redes
sociais com a visão de desenvolver uma maior presença nestes meios, manutenção do
website com atualizações das várias ferramentas até à criação de conteúdos e
monitorização de campanhas publicitárias nos vários meios físicos e digitais disponíveis.
O presente relatório aborda a visão global em que as Termas de Alcafache estão inseridas
bem como toda a sua rica história, todo o panorama geral do termalismo na sua base
histórica, bem como em Portugal e no mundo, possuindo sempre a conexão com o
marketing e todas as atividades desenvolvidas nestes seis meses de estágio curricular.
ABSTRACT: As part of the 2nd year of the Marketing Master's degree at the Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão de Viseu, the curricular internship was carried out at the Termas de Alcafache. This internship began on January 9 2023 and ended on July 9 2023, lasting six months. The aim of the internship was to create marketing solutions for Termas de Alcafache, addressing the various areas of marketing action, from social media management with a focus on developing a greater presence in these mediums, website maintenance with updates to the various tools, to content creation and monitoring of advertising campaigns in the various physical and digital channels available. This report covers the global vision in which the Termas de Alcafache are inserted, as well as all its rich history, the whole panorama of thermalism in its historical base, as well as in Portugal and the world, always having the connection with marketing and all the activities developed in these six months of curricular internship.
