Abstract(s)
Este projeto tem como objetivo contribuir para o conhecimento sobre a realidade das famílias que viveram o processo de adoção e, em particular, das questões familiares, legais e quotidianas.
Este estudo é de natureza qualitativa onde participaram 10 figuras parentais. Na maioritariamente do sexo feminino, 90%, na sua maioria casados, 80%, e sem filhos, 90%. Em termos metodológicos socorremo-nos da entrevista.
Os resultados apontam diferentes motivações que geram um processo de adoção. Entre as mais revelantes foram apontadas: dificuldade em conseguir uma gravidez e infertilidade. Ainda em concordância com os resultados, o projeto de adoção é sentido de formas diferentes por cada pessoa em particular, neste caso em relação aos pais a incerteza durante e após o processo de adoção caraterizam o sentimento de cada um na sua maioria. Quanto à criança há uma característica que é muito desejada: a prematura idade. No que diz respeito as interações das crianças ao nível familiar, escolar e na relação com os outros os resultados sugerem que, na sua maioria, as crianças se integraram de forma harmoniosa. Sendo que apenas 20% demonstraram ter problemas no seio familiar
This project as the objective of contributing to the knowledge about the reality of families that have lived the process of adoption and in particular, of family, legal and everyday issues. This study is qualitative in nature. The 10 participants in this study are in majority female (90%), mostly married (80%) and without children (90%). We used the interview as a method of collect data The results show different reasons that lead to an adoption process. Among the most pointed were: difficulty getting pregnant and infertility. Also in conformity with the results, the adoption project is lived differently by each person, in this case in relation to parents uncertainty during and after the adoption process characterize the feeling of each mostly. Concerning child there is a characteristic that is very desirable: a tender age. Regarding the interactions of children at the family level, school and relationships with others the results suggest that the majority of the children are integrated. And only 20% were found to have problems in the adopting family.
