| dc.description.abstract | RESUMO: A Componente de Apoio à Família veio colmatar a necessidade social das Famílias cujas crianças frequentam os Jardins de Infância públicos, uma vez que o horário letivo se apresentava por vezes incompatível com o horário laboral dos Pais. A implementação, organização e estruturação desta vertente socioeducativa exigiram que as instituições educativas e autárquicas, de uma forma articulada, criassem estruturas adequadas para efetivar a sua incrementação. A integração desta vertente socioeducativa na rede Pré-Escolar veio por um lado viabilizar a frequência de um maior número de crianças neste nível de escolaridade mas também acarretar novas responsabilidades criteriais e avaliativas a este setor. Assim, a avaliação da qualidade dos serviços prestados nesta vertente passou a constituir uma preocupação quer para os agentes educativos quer para os Órgãos Diretivos dos Agrupamentos e, principalmente, para os Pais. Sensíveis às preocupações e questões emergentes, à possível determinação e verificação do fator qualidade, aos indicadores a ter em consideração para estabelecer essa qualidade e às possíveis alterações, exequíveis e eficazes a empreender para a alcançar, procuramos, no desenvolvimento deste estudo, analisar os processos estruturais e organizacionais, identificar problemas e constrangimentos, que permitam levar a cabo alterações e melhorias contextualizadas a esta dimensão socioeducativa. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: The Family Support Component is meeting the social needs of the families whose children attend the Public Kindergartens as the school schedule is sometimes incompatible with the working schedule of the Parents. The implementation, organization and structuring of this socio-educational service demanded that the educational and local authorities’ institutions would create, in an articulated manner, adequate structures to ensure its implementation. The integration of this socio-educational service in the early childhood education network made it possible for a higher number of children to attend this level of education but also brought new criterial and evaluative responsibilities to this sector. Therefore, the evaluation of the quality of the services provided by this service has become a concern for both the educational agents as well as the School Grouping Governing Bodies and, above all, for parents. Keeping in mind the emerging concerns and questions, the possible determination and checking of the quality factor, the indicators to be considered to establish that quality and the possible executable and efficient modifications that must be accomplished to achieve it, it was our aim, with the present study, to analyze the structural and organizational processes and to identify problems and constraints that will allow contextualized modifications and improvements to take place in this socio-educational dimension. | por |
