Abstract(s)
O programa ACT aborda temas relacionados com a Educação Parental e visa ajudar os pais
a melhorarem a educação que oferecem aos seus filhos de modo a proporcionar um ambiente
saudável e seguro.
O presente projeto teve como objetivo principal a avaliação da implementação do Programa
ACT - Para Educar Crianças em Ambientes Seguros – junto de 6 pais que se encontravam
numa Comunidade de Inserção e de 4 pais inseridos na comunidade.
De modo a responder aos objetivos e questões de estudo adotou-se a metodologia
quantitativa e utilizou-se o questionário de avaliação do programa ACT, numa aplicação pré
e pós-teste.
Os resultam apontam um aumento nos estilos parentais dos participantes e no
desenvolvimento infantil, das quatro dimensões avaliadas, entre a aplicação do pré e do pósteste.
Apesar deste aumento, não há diferenças significativas em nenhuma das dimensões
avaliadas.
The ACT program addresses issues related to Parental Education and aims to help parents improve the education they offer their children in order to provide a safe and healthy environment. This project was aimed at assessing the implementation of the ACT Program - To Educate Children in Secure Environments - With 6 parents in a community insertion and inserted four parents in the community. In order to answer the objectives and study questions the quantitative methodology was adopted and the evaluation questionnaire of the ACT program was used in a pre- and posttest application. The results indicate an increase in parenting styles of the participants and child development, the four dimensions evaluated, between the application of pre- and post-test. Despite this increase, no significant differences in any of the measured dimensions.
