Abstract(s)
da metodologia SWK – Standardised Work and Kaizen. O núcleo ou atividade
chave desta ferramenta é a criação de modelos de trabalho padronizado. A
ABSTRACT: The forward report of the internship work, within the scope of the Masters in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management, carried out in a car assembly plant of the Stellantis group, and which was based on the area of Industrial Management. The objective of the internship project was to optimize a suplying station on the assembly line of an automobile. Creating, for that, operational standards through one of the Lean methodology’s tools. Consequently, it becames possible to quickly identify waste and errors and, there for, to resolve them. To reach the intended objective, the company proposed the implementation of the SWK methodology – Standardized Work and Kaizen. The core or key activity of this tool is the creation of standardized working models. Defining a standardized workstation allows all operators at the workstation to carry out the operation in the same way. Allowing it to easier identify potential errors and manage a quick resolution. There for, the work was carried out at the logistic suplying station or “Picking MVA”. Starting from an observation of the workingstation and, a later analysis of possible improvements in order to achieve the proposed objective. Throughout the implementation of the SWK, it was possible to identify improvement actions at the “Picking MVA” station. In which, when implemented, allowed to reduce the cycle time, reduce operations that did not add value to the final product and, above all, create an ergonomic and efficient workstation. At the end, allowing the operators to perform the operations without failures and stress’.
