Enquadramento: O presente relatório reflete o caminho percorrido na procura de mais conhecimentos e aquisição de competências. Neste âmbito, os enfermeiros devem priorizar a compreensão das experiências únicas de cada adolescente e as suas necessidades emocionais, promovendo um ambiente de apoio.
Objetivos: Relatar a trajetória formativa ao longo dos diversos estĆ”gios clĆnicos, refletindo de maneira crĆtica sobre as atividades realizadas para o desenvolvimento das competĆŖncias gerais e especĆficas do Enfermeiro Especialista em SaĆŗde Infantil e PediĆ”trica. Mapear a evidĆŖncia cientĆfica disponĆvel sobre os efeitos do isolamento da hospitalização de adolescentes com anorexia nervosa; Analisar o trajeto de aprendizagem com base nos referenciais teóricos que sustentam a prĆ”tica da enfermagem; Expor as atividades efetuadas e as competĆŖncias adquiridas ao longo do processo; Fazer uma reflexĆ£o crĆtica sobre o percurso de aprendizagem, tendo como referĆŖncia as competĆŖncias gerais e especĆficas do Enfermeiro Especialista em SaĆŗde Infantil e PediĆ”trica.
Metodologia: Foi desenvolvida uma Scoping Review, seguindo as diretrizes do Joanna Briggs Institute, cuja seleção de artigos seguiu o modelo Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews, envolvendo uma pesquisa exaustiva e sistemÔtica da literatura relacionada com os efeitos do isolamento da hospitalização de adolescentes com anorexia nervosa. Obteve-se um total de 60 artigos que foram exportados para o software de gestão de seleção Rayyan.
Resultados: Dos 6 estudos que cumpriram os critĆ©rios de elegibilidade, todos sĆ£o unĆ¢nimes que o internamento de adolescentes com anorexia nervosa deve contemplar um trabalho em parceria com a famĆlia e nĆ£o fazer isolamento exclusivo do adolescente
ConclusĆ£o: O estudo revela que a famĆlia raramente estĆ” envolvida no tratamento quando o adolescente com anorexia nervosa Ć© hospitalizado, o que requer uma alteração de paradigma e o Enfermeiro Especialista em SaĆŗde Infantil e PediĆ”trica pode ser um elemento da equipa multiprofissional de destaque de forma a alterar esta realidade, promovendo o envolvimento da famĆlia no percurso terapĆŖutico, atravĆ©s de abordagens centradas na famĆlia, estratĆ©gias de capacitação parental e acompanhamento contĆnuo, contribuindo para uma intervenção mais integrada e eficaz na recuperação do adolescente

Abstract Background: This report reflects the path taken in the search for more knowledge and the acquisition of skills. In this context, nurses should prioritize understanding the unique experiences of each adolescent and their emotional needs, promoting a supportive environment. Objectives: To report on the training process during the various clinical internships, reflecting critically on the activities carried out to develop the general and specific competencies of the Specialist Nurse in Child and Pediatric Health. To map the available scientific evidence on the effects of isolation on the hospitalization of adolescents with anorexia nervosa; To analyse the learning journey based on the theoretical frameworks that guide nursing practice; to outline the activities undertaken and the skills acquired during the process; To critically reflect on this journey with reference to the core and specialised competencies of the Child and Paediatric Health Specialist Nurse; Methodology: A Scoping Review was developed, following the guidelines of the Joanna Briggs Institute, whose selection followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews model, involving an exhaustive and systematic search of the literature related to the effects of isolation during the hospitalization of adolescents with anorexia nervosa. A total of 60 articles were obtained and exported to the Rayyan selection management software. Results: Of the 6 studies that met the eligibility criteria, all were unanimous that the hospitalization of adolescents with anorexia nervosa should include working in partnership with the family and not isolating the adolescent. Conclusion: The study reveals that the family is rarely involved in the treatment when the adolescent with anorexia nervosa is hospitalized, which requires a paradigm shift and the Specialist Nurse in Child and Paediatric Health can be a key member of the multi-professional team.
