Abstract(s)
atividade industrial do futuro.
No
ABSTRACT: Maintenance management is more than an activity, it is a strategic science in the industrial activity of the future. It combines technical-economic and engineering management actions to increase the availability of equipment and infrastructure at low costs. The main purpose of the project is to analyse the organization and study the maintenance management information and logistics system, in order to prepare the set of specifications for the implementation of maintenance management software (CMMS) in the various factories of the Carmo Wood company. The basis of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology, which already exists inside the company, helped to reduce failures, defects and other forms of loss and waste. During the work, new maintenance plans were made and not only the preventive, but also the autonomous maintenance system of the equipment was changed and updated. The SSM (Soft System Methodology) method to support systems modelling was a promising start and helped to clearly define the information system requirements to be acquired for maintenance management. The implementation of SSM lead to an increase objectivity in the analysis of current systems and in the creation of information flow models. The study of the requirements survey for a clear and objective definition of the software and the definition of the specifications for the acquisition of the CMMS is very important and allows to anticipate problems and establish hypothetical scenarios which turns out to be problematic.
