Resumo
A actividade física regular assume um papel proeminente na promoção de um estilo de vida saudável, nomeadamente quando esta é de níveis elevados durante a infância e a juventude o que se vem a traduzir na idade adulta.
O presente trabalho integrado no âmbito do Mestrado em Desporto e Actividade Física e com o tema “O contributo da Actividade Física e Desporto na integração de jovens de nacionalidade não Portuguesa”, pretende apresentar uma metodologia a utilizar para o ensino e treino do basquetebol feminino.
Contempla ainda, um estudo de caso na Escola Maria Alberta Menéres – Sintra com o tema: “Contributo da Educação Física/Desporto na inclusão social de jovens imigrantes”.
Este estudo tem como objectivo principal apresentar, através de um estudo de caso com jovens do 2.º ciclo do ensino básico oriundos dos países da zona leste da Europa, bem como dos países designados por PALOP1 praticantes de desporto escolar estudantes na escola E.B. 2,3 Maria Alberta Menéres, perceber a sua forma de inclusão na sociedade com o seguinte tema:
“O contributo da Educação Física/Desporto na inclusão social de jovens não portugueses do 2.º ciclo do Ensino Básico na E.B. 2,3 Maria Alberta Menéres - Sintra”.
O estudo teve como amostra 4 alunas, duas dos países do Leste da Europa e duas dos países designados por PALOP.
Através de inquérito directo (entrevista), tentámos perceber, em jovens do 2.º ciclo do ensino básico que praticam desporto escolar na E.B. 2,3 Maria Alberta Menéres, de que forma a/o Educação Física/Desporto promove, ou não, a sua inclusão na sociedade.
Abstract The regular physical activity assumes a prominent paper in the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, namely when this is of levels elevated during the infancy and the youth what does itself come translate in the adulthood. The present work integrated in the scope of the Master in Sport and Physical Activity and with the subject "THE contribution of the Physical Activity and Sport in the not Portuguese nationality youths integration", is going to present a methodology it utilize for the education and I coach of the female basketball. It contemplates still, a case study in the School Maria Alberta Menéres – Sintra with the subject: "Contribution of the Education Physical/Sport in the social enclosure of young immigrants". This study´s main goal is to present, through a study case with young people from the 2nd cycle of basic education that came from the countries of Eastern Europe as well as from countries designated by PALOP2 (African countries of Portuguese official language).These young people are school sport practitioners and students at the EB 2, 3 Maria Alberta Menéres and this study is to understand their way of inclusion in society and it has the theme: “ The contribution of Physical Education/Sport in the social inclusion of young non-Portuguese in the 2nd cycle of basic education at the EB 2, 3 Maria Alberta Menéres in Sintra.” The study samples were 4 students, two from the East countries and two from the PALOP countries. Through direct survey (interview), we tried to understand in which way the Physical Education/Sport promotes, or not, their inclusion in society.
