Abstract(s)
No âmbito do 2º ano de Mestrado em Marketing, da Escola Superior de
Tecnologia e Gestão de Viseu, pertencente ao Instituto Politécnico de Viseu, foi
realizado um estágio no Museu do Brincar, situado em Vagos. Este teve início a 1 de
outubro de 2020 e término a 31 de março de 2021.
O estágio foi realizado com o propósito de trabalhar sobre a área de formação,
isto é, através da colaboração em situações reais de labor e de uma introdução ao
mercado de trabalho, com enfoque sobre o Marketing Digital, colocando em prática
todas as competências e valências adquiridas durante o Mestrado em Marketing.
A importância deste tema centra-se na crescente utilização da Internet e
consequente afluência ao marketing digital por parte das pessoas e das empresas,
assim como a necessidade de desenvolver este tipo de marketing no Museu do Brincar.
Por conseguinte, o marketing digital torna-se pertinente, tendo por base possibilitar um
crescimento da empresa e da marca através da definição de estratégias.
ABSTRACT: As part of the 2nd year of a Master's in Marketing, from the Higher School of Technology and Management of Viseu, belonging to the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, an internship was held at the Museu do Brincar, located in Vagos. This began on October 1, 2020 and ended on March 31, 2021. The internship has been carried out with the purpose of working on the training area, that is, through collaboration in real work situations and an introduction to the labour market, with a focus on Digital Marketing, putting into practice all the skills acquired during the Master in Marketing. The importance of this theme is centred on the increasing use of the Internet and the consequent affluence to digital marketing by people and companies, as well as the need to develop this type of marketing at the Museu do Brincar. Therefore, digital marketing becomes relevant, based on enabling the growth of the company and the brand through the definition of strategies.
